14 BTC is actually a high amount and probably that it needs to be double checked, plus boxx you know that today is holiday so their staff probably isnt working and it might take a while for them to check this thing however if you actually know alot of this had happened in the past then you know that in the end they will pay the winners as well , cheers  Smiley

You know I would have in the past been apt to agree and not have any problem with a delay in order to verify, that is until now.  First told by support 24 hours that was on Friday the 30th at 20:00 site time, then told 48 hours that was on Saturday night, it is now coming up on 72 hours and still nothing, not one email, not one phone call, not one chat initiated while I'm logged in (other then the chats I have initiated).  I can see 24 hours, even possibly 48 if a major issue, over 70 is just plain poor business practice and terrible customer support.  I even requested to speak to someone in management regarding this issue and was told "No" by support on chat.  When I stated I was filing a complaint and that I had posted my concerns on bitcoin-talk I was told that I was being threatening and then the support agent disconnected the chat and refused to answer any further attempts to make contact with her.  What kind of help desk model is that?  What kind of business leaves no way of escalating issues and resolving/repairing problems for 3 days when their business is open?  What kind of customer services tells a customer they may not speak to management regarding a issue and then refuses to even communicate with the customer because of false staements regarding threats?  What kind of business violates its own posted Terms & Conditions and implements a policy that is only known to exist by them and refuses to share any information regarding this non mentioned policy in any way with the customer who is being effected by it?  What type of business refuses to communicate with the customer in regards to the issue but instead appears to hide all information instead?  What kind of business advertises as a primary feature "Instant Withdrawals" but then does not do it?

I've been a loyal customer for over a year never complaining or reviewing how they take my funds when I consistently lost and they profited from me, now they decide to treat me poorly and delay and say nothing while violating their own sites rules.  My opinion of FotuneJack has been severely affected by this and how they have chosen to not handle it in the most extreme negative. Angry
There would really be delays regarding on their withdrawals because i do experience it too and they say that there is a maintenance that causes the delay and we should not directly jump to negative feedbacks on just a single scenario or delay.We all know that FJ is one of the most reputable gambling site that still operates until now.We should have patience regarding on this since we are just starting on a new year and as mentioned above maybe staffs and supports do still celebrating their holidays and it would goes back to normal for sure.

More than a few minutes is too long 70 hours needs a solid apology, what maintenance are you referring to? gabarage even so, Bad management.
This is not a single scenario, A few people have posted here and elsewhere that their withdrawals have been delayed for over 24 hours, Which is very bad.
The new year is when they should be the most efficient, there are many people around the world who don't celebrate NYE again if this is a excuse, Bad management!
What about the player who chooses to celebrate NYE with a relaxing gamble and wins, But really loses when he has to endure this ordeal of waiting for his funds and terrible treatment? Bad management!

I had BTC3 I was saving for when fortunejack apologised to this player and reassured bitcointalk that their withdrawal system has been fixed and all withdrawals will be process in under 24 hours, Now I will take my BTC to a sportsbook instead. I am annoyed because I like playing there, But gamblers need to stand for their rights and not accept being treated like rubbish!

Its not a garbage and im not biased im just stating on the situation that i have experience with them and might you are correct on some point that withdrawal process should not exceed 24 hours because they already claimed that they have fastest deposit and withdrawal.I dont know whats the real problem and as far as i know when i chat to their support they just say that they have maintenance,so where the bias on that? We couldnt do anything about it and Staff of FJ should really pay attention on this matter because people now are starting to complain on this issue.

I have made a total of 154 BTC in deposits sense opening my account with Fortune Jack in November of 2015 (little over a year ago).  During that time I have only made two (2) withdrawals in the amount totaling  0.97401274BTC.  Processing my withdrawal for the 14BTC I fairly won should not take, the now 96 and climbing hours, to approve.  Not to mention zero information as to what is causing the delay.
And the straight refusal to be allowed to speak to anyone in management or in a any position other then the agent for live chat, what kind of business operates that way none I know of.  This has got to be the absolute worst experience I have had yet involving a company and Bit Coin.  Shit I even got scammed by electronic cyrpto currency exchanges who stole my money right out and they had better customer support then this what the hell is your problem Fortune Jack owners I know you have to see this, shit I can't even get a response here.  Extremely let down by what I thought to be a very legitimate company who apparently is not!

I have made a total of 154 BTC in deposits sense opening my account with Fortune Jack in November of 2015 (little over a year ago).  During that time I have only made one withdrawal in the amount of 0.16287182BTC.  Processing my withdrawal for the 14BTC I fairly won should not take, the now 96 and climbing hours, to approve.  Not to mention zero information as to what is causing the delay.
And the straight refusual to be allowed to speak to anyone in management or in a any position other then the agent for live chat, what kind of bussiness operates that way none I know of.  This has got to be the absolute worst experience I have had yet involving a company and BitCoin.  Shit I even got scammed by electronic cyrpto currency exchanges who stole my money right out and they had better customer support then this what the hell is your problem Fortune Jack owners I know you have to see this, shit I can't even get a response here.  Extremely let down by what I thought to be a very legitimate company who apparently is not!

You deposited 154 btc but only withdrew 14 btc? Wow, it seems you lose serious amount of money here.

Exactly my point I gamble for my own enjoyment and don't mind losing as it is expected.  But when I attempt to make a rather small withdrawal in comparison to what I've given to them I get a delay and no payout, bad business.

Copenman, With what you have provided it is shocking they treat such a player in this way, Let alone any customer. I hope when fortunejack resolves this issue they make a statement to never do it again and apologize to you publicly.

I personally know how stressful waiting for withdrawals are, I have held off my BTC3 that I was going to play with at fortunejack until they apologize. Good luck buddy!

14 BTC is actually a high amount and probably that it needs to be double checked, plus boxx you know that today is holiday so their staff probably isnt working and it might take a while for them to check this thing however if you actually know alot of this had happened in the past then you know that in the end they will pay the winners as well , cheers  Smiley

You know I would have in the past been apt to agree and not have any problem with a delay in order to verify, that is until now.  First told by support 24 hours that was on Friday the 30th at 20:00 site time, then told 48 hours that was on Saturday night, it is now coming up on 72 hours and still nothing, not one email, not one phone call, not one chat initiated while I'm logged in (other then the chats I have initiated).  I can see 24 hours, even possibly 48 if a major issue, over 70 is just plain poor business practice and terrible customer support.  I even requested to speak to someone in management regarding this issue and was told "No" by support on chat.  When I stated I was filing a complaint and that I had posted my concerns on bitcoin-talk I was told that I was being threatening and then the support agent disconnected the chat and refused to answer any further attempts to make contact with her.  What kind of help desk model is that?  What kind of business leaves no way of escalating issues and resolving/repairing problems for 3 days when their business is open?  What kind of customer services tells a customer they may not speak to management regarding a issue and then refuses to even communicate with the customer because of false staements regarding threats?  What kind of business violates its own posted Terms & Conditions and implements a policy that is only known to exist by them and refuses to share any information regarding this non mentioned policy in any way with the customer who is being effected by it?  What type of business refuses to communicate with the customer in regards to the issue but instead appears to hide all information instead?  What kind of business advertises as a primary feature "Instant Withdrawals" but then does not do it?

Its not a garbage and im not biased im just stating on the situation that i have experience with them and might you are correct on some point that withdrawal process should not exceed 24 hours because they already claimed that they have fastest deposit and withdrawal.I dont know whats the real problem and as far as i know when i chat to their support they just say that they have maintenance,so where the bias on that? We couldnt do anything about it and Staff of FJ should really pay attention on this matter because people now are starting to complain on this issue.

14 BTC is actually a high amount and probably that it needs to be double checked, plus boxx you know that today is holiday so their staff probably isnt working and it might take a while for them to check this thing however if you actually know alot of this had happened in the past then you know that in the end they will pay the winners as well , cheers  Smiley

You know I would have in the past been apt to agree and not have any problem with a delay in order to verify, that is until now.  First told by support 24 hours that was on Friday the 30th at 20:00 site time, then told 48 hours that was on Saturday night, it is now coming up on 72 hours and still nothing, not one email, not one phone call, not one chat initiated while I'm logged in (other then the chats I have initiated).  I can see 24 hours, even possibly 48 if a major issue, over 70 is just plain poor business practice and terrible customer support.  I even requested to speak to someone in management regarding this issue and was told "No" by support on chat.  When I stated I was filing a complaint and that I had posted my concerns on bitcoin-talk I was told that I was being threatening and then the support agent disconnected the chat and refused to answer any further attempts to make contact with her.  What kind of help desk model is that?  What kind of business leaves no way of escalating issues and resolving/repairing problems for 3 days when their business is open?  What kind of customer services tells a customer they may not speak to management regarding a issue and then refuses to even communicate with the customer because of false staements regarding threats?  What kind of business violates its own posted Terms & Conditions and implements a policy that is only known to exist by them and refuses to share any information regarding this non mentioned policy in any way with the customer who is being effected by it?  What type of business refuses to communicate with the customer in regards to the issue but instead appears to hide all information instead?  What kind of business advertises as a primary feature "Instant Withdrawals" but then does not do it?

I've been a loyal customer for over a year never complaining or reviewing how they take my funds when I consistently lost and they profited from me, now they decide to treat me poorly and delay and say nothing while violating their own sites rules.  My opinion of FotuneJack has been severely affected by this and how they have chosen to not handle it in the most extreme negative. Angry

I have been using fortunejack for long time and never had any issues with deposit and withdraw but my amount was very low in your case i hope that they are doing some more reviewing so it may take time, with for more 24hrs time if not open scam accusation thread against them and add all the proofs of your account.

4 days isn't too bad including new year and all, although I have been there before waiting for a withdrawal and getting nervous because it seems to drag on forever, especially a large one like that.

4 days and if you exclude two holiday on 31st and 1st then it is around 2 working days just as what they have stated in the first. I wont say that this is a good thing for you because you waited for quite a long time just to get your winning however atleast they paid you. Iin this case, he is talking about his 14btc withdrawal which is a one time winning for him after long time with no wins (maybe). It is still a winning even though he is still in a big negative.
How if he just lost 14btc but in fact he is still in positive (lets say +50btc in total), will you say the 14btc losing as a winning? I bet no.. Wink
Overall as I have said before "a win is still a win" and "a lose is still a lose" no matter in total accumulation.
