Thankfully there is nothing wrong with any else thing. Just a visual mistake. I hope it gets fixed soon

It is still not answering his question IMO, as I understand his main question is about the "not identified" after he click the "try luck" button. What does the not idenfied mean? Is it like that there is no winners at the time he tried his luck? Is it possible when a player try his luck but the result shows other player's username?

looks like they did not notice the player first , unless we are ask for it .

i have an experience pending withdrawal (security reason) , as long as i did not ask the support to look at my withdrawal they did not notice us anything. this may should be improved , fj should notice the player for any pending withdrawal/issue, it is important isn't it?

For example when the hot wallet is low on funds, fortunejack might not notice it unless until few people notify them about this.
