I think you are wrong on this, I never had a withdrawal pending withdrawal more than 30minutes. Indeed my withdrawals were not big amount, 0.5btc is my biggest withdrawal and it was instant (less than 10minutes) when I won 2nd place on the first jackrace competition.
Pending withdrawal for big amount is acceptable imho especially if it is exceed the hot wallet or of there is something needed to be double checked.

There is almost no point to that however we will see if he is legit or not soon enough. When the withdrawal actually get processed then there will atleast be a post about it either from him or from other account. Some huge win is possible, afterall we have seen alot of big winners in this site recently
