Sorry to hear that, but have you tried to contact them? If you did it already then what is their answer? 11+btc is good amount, usually they need to do some investigation first for big withdrawal amount but two weeks is too long imho. Waiting for FJ to clarify about this issue.

After the first few emails they said it should be completed within a week. Now they just ask me to wait patiently with no information other than "We are contacting mutual investigation, and will update you soon."

At the end of the week it will be a month I have been waiting for my withdrawal. I have been patient. If I have not been paid by the end of the week I will open a scam accusation thread.

I think the calculation for the points is = your bet per spins*total bets*point multiplier. So if you made 1000 spins with 0.0001 per spins you will get 0.0001x1000x10 = 1point = 0.1point per 100spins with 0.0001bet/spin.
You'll get 0.2 per 100 spins if your bet/spin is 0.0002btc.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Point system is going to work like this - spin value x spin count x point multiplier.
In your case it will be 0.0001 x 1000 x 10 = 1.

To make it more clear I will rewrite the spin value along with point multipliers.

SPIN VALUE / POINT MULTIPLIER

Less than 0.0002 / 10
Including 0.0002 - to 0.0005 / 12
Including 0.0005- to 0.001 / 14
Including 0.001 - to 0.01 / 15
Including 0.01 and more /15

So, if you bet 0.0002, point multiplier will be 12.
