We were up and now still experiencing some minor problems its really independent of us reasons, one of the servers we rely on has trouble in western Europe.

Looks like site is still experiencing some down time, I am trying to access site from asian country and it is just loading despite my high speed internet.

And after trying to connect for few minutes I am getting following error;

Cloudflare Location: Singapore

Didn't try to visit FJ today but now I just checked and can access it without problems. I can only see that error when I try to enter website with mobile but after refresh m.fortunejack.com loads without problems, it needs 2 try.
On another hand it works well as for now.
Sorry for sone lazyness to check and I'll ask here if it's not problem: do you have again 2x wager for withdraw? And can I play now poker here? (Can't check now) If not, when will it be?

According to t&c 2x wagering is still applicable before one can withdraw and no poker can't be played. it's been down for improvement for a long time, i don't know when it'll be available, maybe natalie knows?

It could be related to the 2x wagering requirement before you are able to request withdrawal. If you feel that you have met the wagering requirement then it must be something wrong with the system (maybe because they are doing improvement). Have you asked about it with the live support? Usually the support is fast in answering about withdrawal issue.

Not all withdrawals are processed instantly, some might go through manual verification regardless of amount so delay can be on both small one and big one.

Also if you are trying to withdraw to new bitcoin address than you have to approve that withdrawal via email. Check email from fortunejack regarding payment, they will ask to reply with yes I have made than request on that same message so that they can make sure you are the real owner who requested payout. Check you inbox....

I experienced some issues at your site the other day that eventually let me to not get a 0.15BTC or more profit.

I was playing Live Sic Bo and hade placed a few bets on 17 (pays out x50) and on double 6, 6+5, 6+4 and one a single 6 showing up.

Once the dices rolled there was an issue with one of them being up against the dome and the dealer could not clarify what number was the valid one so as such she called in a second dealer who would "reset" the round and start it over. Alright I thought and didn't get a refund of my bet so I figured my bet was staying on the same for the next roll as the previous one was considered "null and void". To my great happiness 17 came up, two sixes and a 5. I just made bank I thought (Believe I'd get more than 0.15BTC) but no profits were given out to me. A few seconds later I received my previous initial bet back.. I was extremely confused and a bit sad about that fact as I did feel a little bit cheated.

After reading up on some Sic Bo rules there seems to be a consensus that if a round is considered altered or having issues all bets will stay for the next roll.. but apparently not at your Live Sic Bo game?

Would like to get some clarification to this issue, that's all.

How many confirmations does your transaction have? Will you mind if you post here your TXID, Maybe you put small fee on your transaction, But I personally experience too that situation on FJ, But it is my fault for lowering transaction based on the suggested fee.  Just wait because it will surely come, Mylongest waiting for my deposit on FJ is about 8hrs but still it credited at the end.
