Dear Erkan,
As I have found out, your withdrawal has been sent for further investigation to our fraud department. I am sure, everything is fine and you will get your withdrawal soon, this is a standard procedure to ensure the fairness of the transaction.
Cheers!
I did not get a email. no email about my withdrawal ever in 5 weeks. I did not get paid my withdrawal for 9 bitcoins And is still funny how those promoting unFortunate Jack accuse other websites for fraud. Erkan, it keeps smelling like bullshit this story you are trying to pull. You repeat the same thing over and over and you keep sharing the worst screenshot you could possibly share. You know what I think is funny SpinAndDouble? People making new accounts because they are too afraid to say something from their main accounts.. One question . How much you pay your "slaves" to post negative feedback to other gambling websites ? Are you asking how much I pay to people? I think you are getting this wrong.. I've not paid anyone anything related to gambling or fortunejack, I just receive payment as I'm part of their signature campaign. Another thing, you can check my post history and see each and every post I've made.. When was the last time I wrote something negative about another gambling service? Has to be over 6 months (before I joined this campaign). Why don't you post from your main account?

hi i have made nearly 1 btc deposit. I wagered less than 0.1 btc. can I withdraw the bitcoin? i do not want the bonus
Of course you can withdraw your btc. You aren't forced to claim bonus and so do to not withdraw. Feel free to deposit and withdraw you coins anytime. Please don't post false information, it is stated in ToS: Wagering requirements apply before any deposit made on Member Account can be withdrawn. The deposit amount must be turned over 2 times before your withdrawal request will be approved. Wagering requirements can be met by playing on slots, casino games and live games.
~snip~ One question . How much you pay your "slaves" to post negative feedback to other gambling websites ?
Do you have proof for your lies? Somehow I missed your thread but I will leave my feedback there despite this: Can you all dice, casino, faucets owners stop posting here ?Funny how those guys promoting unFortune Jack are accused of fraud and they are still allowed to post here.
Erkan, it keeps smelling like bullshit this story you are trying to pull. You repeat the same thing over and over and you keep sharing the worst screenshot you could possibly share.
I think you got this all wrong, community manager confirmed that Erkan has pending withdrawal which has been sent to further investigation.

There have been several cases like yours. Sometimes investigation takes longer time but as far as I know all fair players which were under investigation got their bitcoins.

these investigations look like a good way for delaying withdrawals , yeah sure f\ortunejack has been investigating for over a week the guy has all the rights to rage and not sure why he waited till today to open the scam accusation this is ridiculous , a week is more than enough to get a statement about the winnings

If he is found suspicious then an investigation needs to be done. Everyone that signed up in a site and never read the ToA of course will be agitated like this if they are put on hold like this so i wont really blame him as well

Also it would be nice if you could allow users to withdraw less than 82$, you can always add fee payed by users for withdrawals which are under 0.01BTC.
Good news for us, they have just lowered the minimum withdraw to 0.002btc or equivalent in other coins. Good news to the affiliate program as well because the minimum cash out is also lowered to 0.02 btc. Thanks for fortunejack for listening user's feedback/suggestion. Hope these changes will bring your old players (who left because of the high minimum withdraw) back to play at Fortunejack.

Yes, FJ has no doubt paid more in the past, although that should not give them the right to hold the bitcoin of a player without any follow up information. It should be the sites duty to reach out and not the players obligation to be looking for answers.

What if the user had received notifications regarding this, we really have no clue about the full story.. You are only basing your opinion off of the word of one user.. I'll give FJ the benefit of the doubt for this one and hopefully, for both parties involved, it'll get resolved as soon as possible.

I agree with you totally that mistakes can do happen, and the basis of my opinion isn't from any user. I based it to the fact that FJ could've posted something in lieu with his claims. FJ can either say they sent information, or anything aside from the last response they gave which is dated Nov. 24.

actually fortunejack replies in the scam accusation thread and said that it only needs time , so it seems that there is no suspicion for fraud just a new system in place and hopefully it won't take longer time IDK it looks like that user is a billionaire or something cause his last active was 3 days while he has an active scam accusation for over 100K$ and he ain't even active for it

We don't know how the talks behind the scenes are, they might have been talking with this user over the last 3 days, we just don't know. As for the user in question, I find it weird as well. He logs in, posts here about missing 9BTC and then says nothing for a day or two, another couple of days passes by and he logs on to say they have not contacted him, then he's gone for a few days again . I think it's all a bit weird. But I'll wait for FJ to tell us what's going on.

Yep exactly, I can't see a world in which FJ would not pay out a players winnings unless there's some hard evidence that they cheated or something else. As it stands now FJ is probably the best casino for crypto that has been around for such a long time with a proven track record. I get my point may seem skewed considering I'm part of their signature campaign but I've been playing there for a long time prior to joining it.. I've been gambling on several sites for a very long time and with high payouts there's usually a longer payout time whether it is a FIAT casino or crypto. I'm sure there may have just been some lack of communication with this one and it'll be taken care of soon enough .
