I've been saying they run a shady operation. But you got some here that will sugar coat the problems. If you accept a bet you pay a bet plan and simple. Stalling and holding on to someone's winnings is a no no. This should serve as a warning for big depositors. If you win big expect to have your winning withheld for a undisclosed amount of time.

If you have used new address for withdrawal than you might have to approve that withdraw request via email, check it and say yes it is my address. Than FJ will process it manually, from next time they will process it instantly if you don't change your withdrawal address.

But it did not, and FJ is responsible for it that is why I am suggesting proactively about a  bonus for that user as compensation. Free spins or whatever they can offer and do their best not to get into this trouble again in the future.

Since you are talking about what could have happened, how about if the price of BTC went up to 20k USD or 25k USD? For sure FJ would still owe that person the same number of btc and for sure FJ won't complain about it.

I do not for sure what is their intention to do like that because what I know usually affiliates is just a programs that is given out for people that getting new players to join.
