You are a smart person... Haha indeed. This is my first time to hear if the reason why he hate the site was because of the lack of access of his account while others don't. There was something wrong with his connection My connection is good. I not have problems in other casinos. In this case your internet service provider (ISP) may block this site which may seems you that you can enter into the site, better you should contact with the internet service provider. Also you may contact with the team as for policy violation they may block you or someone who is using same ip (if you use shared ip). I'm not interested in this casino, this is a problem casino Just because your ISP block your access to FJ, it does not mean that they have problems. It is your ISP rights to block the site that they seems suspicious, this is pretty common things to have. If you do have other options that will benefit you, then you should go for it. But as I can say, the site that you played might not be as trustworthy as FJ currently. Please do not post some FUD's anynore here. Because they are a well known site, what is the point to block only one person? I already wrote that I chose another casino, and you continue the topic and advise me to do something |

We offer Asian Handicaps already ^^ guess he is talking about the other handicaps like 0.25/0.75 not sure if the odds provider can add this as well , they will be good but the current ones are good as well BTW was trying to bet live today on high odds , it was X7.00 when I tried betting but they system didn't allow me to bet 5 mbtc odds was the same in other site so the odds was accurate , and they kept going up till X9.00 but the system kept refusing my bet even the odds are going higher any idea why such things happen ? |

That might be the reason you are not able to log in. Try without a VPN. I also experienced some log-in issue. It took me some loop before it lets me thru. I log in then prompted to 2fa. After filling the 2fa, it seems successful but then I am looped back to login again so I need to fill the login details again. Happened to me every now and then. I do not know if the issue is on my end. Anyone experiencing this too? We have the same page experienced on this one dude, but I realize in the end that it must be my internet connection is the problem why I encountered those things. So as of the moment, I used fortunejack as my one of hobbies to play with it through dice games. |

I had a similar issue a while back with logging in because I would just type my Username, Password and just hit ENTER on the keyboard and nothing would happen, had to click "Sign In" with the mouse and it would work. And same with the following prompt asking for 2FA, hitting ENTER did nothing but had to click "Submit" and then all was well. Right now however this seems fixed and you can just hit ENTER on the keyboard and you should be able to login. But I am thinking maybe some browser or mobile device you are using has this bug. If so let me know or just contact support and they will issue a fix for it. Its nothing major, just need to use the mouse to click instead of the keyboard. But might be an annoyance for some. |

If you're referring to the other asian handicap mentioned by SyGambler you could just do it manually split it in half you'll basically get the same odds. There's also the 1x2 handicap that's similar to asian handicap but with slightly better odds.  |

If you have tried withdrawing on weekends that you will face some delay because FJ takes care of withdraws manually and they are understaffed on weekends. You should wait till Monday evening at least, but in case you dont receive it by that time, contact the support team you help you out.  |

Those sites who verify manually may take additional time for verifying purpose as they usually have lower staff than other days, so you should be patience. |

If you're referring to the other asian handicap mentioned by SyGambler you could just do it manually split it in half you'll basically get the same odds. There's also the 1x2 handicap that's similar to asian handicap but with slightly better odds. Actually it is very difficult to find any place that offers live asian handicap betting especially for Bitcoin sportsbooks,,, please let me know when you find one as well. Without KYC of course,,, I do place a lot of manual handicap like you guys discussed. In fact most of the times the odds and payouts are better this way, AND you do not get the problem of miscalculations or cancelled bets like it always happens at Nitrogensports. |

So yesterday I decided to try out fortunejack since their bonus balance is not counted til after you lose your deposit. I deposited some etherum and after 20 confirmations nothing. Contacted support on site and they said theres an issue with eth deposits and they do recognize that the deposit is confirmed but still cannot credit me it. Waited a few hours and nothing. So screw it as long as it was in when i came from work Ill play. Voila its there. I play. Down to my last few bucks in REAL balance and win like $150+ USD in a spin HOWEVER it decided to say it was already bonus amount. Contacted support and they werent any help. My dumbass said fuck it, its enough to have a chance to win more. Voila. Like $700 after completing the wager. Woohoo right? Nope. I get an email asking for the no deposit email bonus copy. WTF? I reply I never got one but I used the first deposit bonus. Contacted site support and they said they made a mistake and sent me the email instead of another customer....Wut? Then I get an email saying I multi accounted when I never used FJ before this. So after all those issues and still winning, despite a "customer mix up" Im told I may not get what I won and to wait a few hours. This has been by far the worst experience with any crypto casino site ever. After all that I WON and still get bs. Waiting on update but these delays, mistakes, errors, etc are beyond making me paranoid and sad.  |

So came back played a few bonuses.
Widthrawal delays until I contacted and reminded of previous issues.
Came back played a bit lost some so went dice and its clearly fucked here.
After a certain amount bet, it screws you over.
As for the loyalty bullshit, chat admitted THEY CHANGE REQUIREMENTS/What counts whenever they please meaning you have no actual way to record and keep track. Screw this site at least i got my $350 out of everything.
Dont play dice here.
If they delay withdrawal, post about it and make sure its read. Otherwise they will screw you over and try keeping winnings.
