I need help and the support on the site seems incapable.

What happened?
I signed up a couple of weeks ago, participated on the FortuneJack signature campaign, got some mBTCs and bet.

A few days ago I wanted to do a withdrawal and got the message that my email address needs to be confirmed first. I realized that I have never gotten a verification email, so I requested it again in account area. But I received nothing. It cannot be the email address, because I have received many FJ promotion emails since my signup weeks ago.

So I contacted the support which told me that there are problems with my email provider. I should use Gmail and Yahoo. I tried to make them clear that I only do not get the verification mail but I do get promotions mails from FJ, so email address should be not the problem. After some back and forth with the support I signed up for Gmail and changed my email address in the account and requested the verification email to my Gmail account. But again I did not receive a verification email, but after a few hours the first promotion emails (deposit bonuses etc) arrived   I contacted FJ support again that told me to request the verification email again, what I did without success.

It has now been three days now since my first support contact. It is getting really annoying. I also asked them to confirm my email address manually, because I write from the email address to the support so they can be sure that it is mine, but there was no response.

Please FJ Support Staff on BCT, have a look at this problem!

Just like what I experienced in verifying my cellphone number but their staff managed to renew my account, and precisely in the email verification problem I was on the topic of spam and there I found email verification, please check regularly your email whether it's in the spam folder

Few months back I was also using cell phone number for verification but I face some very serious issue so I stop this all and start with 2FA which is now working very good without any issue just because of this I also suggest all members to use this because its more secure and better solution for security of accounts.

If you ask Live Support they can usually tell you. I know I got several bonuses in the past and I just asked live support in which games I could use it and they gave me a list within minutes.

Same here, have been playing on and off in fortunejack for about 3 years now and I have never had any issue with the support.  If ever there's come a concern, they are into it as soon as possible.

After months of being idle, I logged in again due to the promotion sent to me by FJ and I never had encounter any log in issue.  Logging in is as smooth as it was.  Probably, the problem is in your end just like what the support said.

Look like many people are facing issue in login, i hope there is no DDOS attack on the site. Recently freebitco was also under such attack . Don't know what happen at fortunejack.

I used 2FA and mobile number at Fortunejack and neither was a great hassle to setup or use ever that I can remember.  Its personal preference which is easiest, sometimes I have a blackspot issue in terms of coverage so 2FA can be the more immediate of the two but mostly not found a reason to avoid either.    Had a FJ account since 2015, about as long term solid as you could hope for tbh.

May be new verision is not working properly because I am also facing some problems and login is also taking some good time but support is very active and giving replies very quickly its very good part of Fortunejack so hopefully this will able to fix this all in near future and we will able to have good view of site again because right now I am unable to place sports bets on soccer.
