I am deaf and in a wheelchair. I am currently confined to my home due to having COVID. I made a deposit at FortuneJack and won without a bonus. They are denying my withdrawal because I used a sms services instead of a registered phone. Yesterday I sent a personal message to FJ to inquire if the matter is closed from their end so I can make my final statement and whether they wanna stick to the statement that 'they still consider current Dice probably fair even though they are ready to change the implementation in next update'.

To which I got the reply that they are still looking into the additional insights I provided in post number #8528 and will get back to me on 3rd September. Let's see what reply they come up with.

I know FJ are decent people, and believe they don't mean to do all these things, because even for us here in crypto (or myself anyway) it took me a while to understand what provably fair meant. As for now, Adrenaline is removed from the Provably Fair category and will not be placed back to the same list unless the provider entirely updates it according to the PV standards.

I would call their system "probably fair".
As it was mentioned, results can be manipulated and why did FJ left that bug there? Was it just a mistake or intentionally caused? I just checked the updated version of 'Dice' game and it's perfect. Player is given the SHA-256 hash of next server seed before changing the client seed. That's what I asked for and it now assures that FJ cannot change the result after player changed the client seed. A perfect decentralized trust system!

I really appreciate FJ for escalating the issue and solving it within the time frame asked. That's a difference between a reputable casino and others.
