I opened  a Fortunejack account some weeks ago and deposited 0,06 BTC. Because I am no betting specialist, I bought some picks over the last weeks at blogabet and made some picks with the 0,06 BTC. After some weeks and some luck I had 0,36 BTC on my account. Yesterday I tried to make my first withdrawal about 0,07 BTC. Normally this takes some minutes livechat told me. But after some hours nothing happens and I became an email:

I was shocked, because I never made a Fortunejack account in the past or will do it in the future.

So I wrote them my story and offered them also to give them documents like my identity card which has the same name and birthdate as my email adress. Same I did with my BET365 account and it seems to be normal for verification.

Now, some minutes ago my account balance is 0,06 BTC again!!! Whole winnings were deducted.... No email... Livechat told me that there is a case of multi accounting...

If FortuneJack is a good and reputable site, why did they choose to moderate the topic themselves on this forum? This usually only happens for 1 reason, to remove comments from people here. Isn't it much better to open a regular topic that is not itself moderable? I think this raises a lot of suspicion (rightly so?)

I've seen a lot of negative comments (even ones based on nothing real) and they don't remove those posts. I don't mind a self-moderated topic as they can remove senseless spam in this thread as that sometimes happen.

perla. Almost ALL the threads here are self-moderated. FJ and others allow comments and keep them, but only if they are constructive. Self moderation is to clean the thread and make it useful for the people ACTUALLY using them,,, just go back and see this thread and see many negative comments left there for all to see.

You may not like the self-moderated topic which actually has zero deleted but still if you feel uncomfortable about it you can, it is your personal feeling and nobody has a right on your feelings, so you can openly talk about it. However, one thing can be done about it, if you feel so strongly about fortunejack and feel that people can't write here easily because they would be afraid of retribution from fortunejack, all you have to do is open a new one?

You can open a new topic about fortunejack that is not moderated and you could talk about the casino there with people who would be willing to talk about it without fear of deletion. Even though none has been deleted from here, that is still an option for other people, I am sure even with another topic, nobody would be talking about it like it is not a great place because it has been one of the best for so many years.

This multi accounting is something easily to tell to customer. If this really is the case, then they should come up with some evidence. Not here in public chat of course, but they should provide you the information about this accusation. I have the feeling that in general more and more people experience problems with different bookmakers. What happened with this? It should not have to do anything with Covid.

First of all this thread was created in 2014, six years ago. The reason behind self moderated thread could be to get rid of excessive spam. I wouldn't consider this as a huge problem. First of all we have Loycev's tools that gives you possibility to check deleted posts and then, anyone can open thread in scam accusation / reputation section against any company or a person. Believe me, any thread is seriously taken in sections that I mentioned and if person submits legit arguments / proofs against FJ, it won't be lost or forgotten.

So, no, it doesn't raise any question in this case, especially with FJ. See their trust for more information in their profile.

Even better: since January 19, 2019, the forum highlights how many posts have been deleted by self-moderation (example).

It's always unpleasant to hear that gambler who win on the site can't withdraw their fund to the wallet because of the account in question. I think FJ has a reason why this happen to someone and if indeed the user has to get the result of his win then it must be resolved as soon as possible. I don't think FJ has a bad reputation against gambler on its site and I believe this problem will be resolved by the FJ team.

No, you can be accused of wrongdoing in any way but you can deny and prove your innocence with evidence that isn't just nonsense. If FJ accuses someone with multiple account then they must also be able to prove that the user is guilty so that consequences can be given.

What happened with this? It should not have to do anything with Covid.

Fraud department of FortuneJack accumulated enough proofs that clearly showcase the username Csw91 being associated with another account. Despite the fact of him/her violating the above-provided topics of FJ's Terms and Condition, we decided to give the deposit amount back. (As for now, withdrawal request for the deposit amount is accepted). Unfortunately, there's nothing to be done on our end, as the data collected through the research cannot be publicly disclosed, as it's sensitive and might be against the account holder's legal rights.

For me it is normal to send verification documents to the bookmaker where I registered. I dont know if this is possible or necessary at fortunejack. But this should be standard. With this it is 100% clear to have no multiple accounts. And I offered it several times... Furthermore my email adress and the details on my identity card are clearly in connection. So where is the problem?

^There are always some gambler who tried something cheecky and got their accounts frozen to be checked and they always come here to complain about it. You can go to any topic and you will see bunch of people going all "I won but they didn't pay meee!!!" and you will see that its not the case, most of the time they did something that caused the website to lock them out.

You know how we know they are complaining about not being able to scam the website? Because, there are a million people total gambling and 99% of them do withdraw their money without a single problem and only the people who complain would be willing to come here when the real casino support is right there and could tell them they can't get their money, they come here to make a PR about it and if they can get enough people behind them they could potentially blackmail the casino.

I signed up to FJ over a year ago. Around my 4th deposit I cashed out about $40,000 from slot wins.

I received an email regarding my account and possibly a duplication. I freaked out as i had never signed up before. So FJ organised a Skype call which I made at the time we found suitable and answered their questions.
It turns out the VPN I was using which is allowed or was back then I'm assuming still is as I've had no issues, was causing the issue as the IP used was registered to 100s of accounts. Hence the multiple account issue.
Anyway after a few days and me freaking out thinking I'd lost the funds turns out all was good in the world.

I received the withdrawals and had 0 in since then. Just have a bit of faith, explain the situation and they are lovely. However their system is pretty smart, so if you have tried to do the multiple account thing, they will or could restrict you. Like every casino online out there and rightfully so in my opinion.

I'd be happy to put up the txids if you would like the proof of the withdrawals. U sure on the guidelines of the forum about that.

That is one of the most common reasons why people have hard time withdrawing, they use a casino and gamble with a ton of money and they cheap out on VPN and use some free VPN option which makes their IP to be same with thousands of other people. I don't know what the case is for the person above but dude basically claims that fortunejack which has been around for centuries in crypto years could be a big scam and keeps your withdrawal if you win big.

We all have been here for years and I can tell you that everyone who lost money or even if they won it by a not allowed way keeps on trying to get their money. By this logic I could just double spend and win (eventually would win since it is free money) and when they stop me from doing this illegal thing, I can claim they do not pay me, is that fair to the casino?

That's why never used VPN when betting and executing a withdrawal of huge amount since for sure in future you will encounter a problem the same as you and good thing FJ is good upon solving this for you, but I don't know on what will happen if this incident will occur to other site since for sure a pure headache will come the person who do it.

Did the player take some bonus? or just deposit and bet until he wins and request withdrawal?

I guess that, if this guy "use vpn" and loose his money, you will not put any stupid excuse because I recieve also the VPN EMAIL when was the first time that I withdrawal... answer back telling that no, i dont use any fucking VPN and got paid.

Stop using the "no withdrawal" trick with vpn users, if you dont want players use VPN then block them before deposit. Or maybe is so difficult to understand?

I tested a few casinos to see if they have active IP blocks for restricted countries. You can see the results in the thread.

I checked the TOS of FortuneJack this morning and noticed that you don't list the countries that you (as a platform) restrict. Instead, you have listed "Prohibited Territories per provider". Does that mean that players from any country in the world is welcome to gamble at FortuneJack if he doesn't play certain games from restricted providers?

On that list, they state which countries are restricted from playing games from which game provider. Lets take USA as an example. They are banned on almost all providers. But they are not banned by Quickspin.
