Hello team FortuneJack, I just woke up and replied to your email.

I appreciate your cooperation, and would like to ask you to solve this situation without the need for KYC - especially given that you're a crypto gambling site that's located in an offshore location. We can easily come to a conclusion through a simple email exchange, without the need to go on a Skype call or use KYC.

I have personally never given my personal ID to any non-government organization before (especially online), and kindly ask you to respect that decision.

Thank you very much!

Sending documents to these offshore areas poses a great risk to humans. Curacao is a haven for criminals. It is a mafia area

-snip-
What you do not understand, and never really understood, is the fact that sportsbooks can cancel bets before the game starts, the odds may change, and they are allowed to do that, why? Because the game did not start and you can bet it again if you want and if you think "new odds are not good, I wanted to bet on the better odds!!!" that is not something you get to do, that is not your right.

You keep saying things what they can or can't do, when in fact they already did what they can do and you are living the consequences of that. You say "so a bet can't be canceled for that" but the reality is that.. it was? So, that means it can be. Stop trying to find a way to get your money back or keep complaining because as long as the game is still away, they can cancel any bet they want, drop the odd, increase the odd, do whatever you want with the only thing that they can't do is cancel it AFTER the games start.

What are you talking about dude? I never said such a thing. All I said was that in similar cases like mine where someone HAS taken a case like this to court, the judge always ruled in their favor. I did not make this up either, LEVSKI7 has shared many examples where this happened. That's all I said.

I'm sure you wouldn't want to KYC or give out your ID to ANY offshore company either for any reason when there is no need for it and it can be easily avoided.

Not saying they are or any company that sets up their corporation in Curacao are crooks by any means, it's simply an affordable place to set up a corporation and a great way to avoid paying big taxes. I totally understand and respect that.

I just don't think KYC is needed for something like this when it can easily be solved without and it and I'm sure there have been countless of players who won big bets and were able to withdraw 0.2 btc+ without having to do any KYC, esp for crypto gambling sites.

What do you mean exactly with "It can be easily avoided"?

I don't give a fuck to be honest about KYC if I use a service that gives me money > ESPECIALLY when I want them to do something ludicrous like.. paying for a bet that was canceled.

Just because you don't value your privacy or value money more than your privacy doesn't mean everyone else thinks the same.

All I ask is that FJ respects my privacy and we resolve this without me having to send them my personal information (which I never share with anyone online and is a very fair request).

It can be easily avoided because any other bet you place and win for virtually any amount you can always withdraw without KYC (esp for crypto gambling sites and if the amount is under $50k), so I don't see why this should be any different.

If you want to value your privacy, you probably shouldn't use services where money is involved and the need for KYC is a likely outcome.

Please don't give me advice on what to do or what not to do with my money.

Plenty of people use crypto gambling sites (instead of fiat ones) specifically because they don't have to go through KYC if they ever want to withdraw any amount after winning a bet in BTC (or other currencies), and I know for a fact people are able to easily withdraw 0.2 BTC or more from FJ without having to do any KYC, so my request is very fair and is not too much to ask for a relatively small amount (in retrospect to wanting to withdraw 1BTC+ at current rates).

Anyways, you made it very clear that you personally don't agree with me and that's fine - you can have your own opinion. But the majority of people agree with me and I appreciate FJ for willing to cooperate with me on this situation.

Please stop spamming this thread for no reason and if you have nothing good to say, don't say anything.

Thanks!

Their office is located in Tbilisi, Georgia and they have an amazing team, I disagree with the statement above that this casino is offshore, untrustworthy, etc. I have been in touch with some of their team members years ago and know them in real life but it doesn't matter right now. It's sad but some good people left FJ recently and moved in a different casino that's again Georgian but not crypto oriented.

Okay, I love FJ and there are a lot of reasons but I disagree with them in this case, finally, community think that EpicChamp is right. But now they ask for KYC and saying: Hey boy, send me your KYC and I'll tell you my final decision later. There are moments when KYC documents are requested, for example when it comes to suspicious money/account activity but why in this case?

And why do you protect FJ so strongly? In every sentence?

^It seems random, the good old "free" 5mBTC but you have to wager 40x, deposit 5mBTC and then wager 1x.
I think this kind of bonus is just for lol because wagering requirement 41x on slots is extremely difficult Grin
No luck for me this time, but I like this bonus a lot!

I also received this 5mbtc bonus with the same requirements a few months ago.  I agree that the 40x requirement is quite steep but it is not impossible to meet.  I am able to meet the requirement of 40x wagering by simply playing across the slots available for that bonus.  Probably I just got lucky that time.

Thank you very much shield and LEVSKI for your insight & support, I really appreciate it!

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one (according to statistics) who is concerned about sharing their private information with an online gambling site (especially one from another country); and that requiring me to do a KYC & share my personal information in this particular situation is unnecessary or doesn't make much sense.

I really hope FortuneJack takes notice and will be able to cooperate with me without the need for KYC.

Thank you all once again, esp everyone who participated in the poll Smiley

Despite having a huge respect to you, we cannot finalize the decision due to sensitivity of the case without going through the KYC.

Please kindly accept the request so we can move this forward.

Team FJ

What exactly is the point of me having to do KYC? What benefit does it bring to you at all?

Have I done anything illegal or suspicious to have to go through KYC?

I really don't understand the reason for it or see the need to do this (as do other members here), and would greatly appreciate it if you can respect my privacy and that we solve this without me having to do KYC or share my personal information. To me that is the most important thing.

It is also the primary reason I am using a crypto gambling site to bet with instead of a regular fiat one, so that I do not have to do KYC if I want to withdraw any bet. And I'm sure you've allowed thousands of users on your site to withdraw much larger amounts than mine without the need for KYC.

So kindly respect my privacy and I look forward to resolving this case the regular way soon.

Thanks!
