@Godzilliy did you contact the support because only they’ll be able to give you a quick solution for this issue, and if you’re getting better odds elsewhere then you should play there. Furthermore I haven’t tried wagering yet on Euros on FJ, but in the past I found their odds on par with what I was getting from other sites, but @BitcoinHunt3r I’m not sure if they actually control the odds or use a third party for it.

My experience? Yes, odds are a tiny bit lower on FortuneJack for sports, but when you put in the promos (I talk especially about the 4+1 Freebet promo) then the value increases exactly by 25% (bet 100 units and get back 25 units as freebet). It's all averaged out too so it's exactly 25%.

That and the other loyalty bonuses add up:) So yes, straight odds, it doesn't really do well (not 100% but mostly).

It just depends on which matches and odds you watch. It cannot be that all odds are lower than other sportsbooks. That will have to do with certain markets. If the value of A is lower to win, the value of B will be higher. I think they also have a lot of matches offering other markets with appropriate higher odds.

You don't get it. They have the same odds provider as many other bookies, such as Betcoin. But the juice of Fortune jack is much higher.....if betcoin has 1,92/1,92....FJ have 1,84/1,84. Much, much worse on Euro2020 live odds. The odds move the same, only FJ always has 8% lower odds than betcoin....have a look.
So it's not like on some games FJ has better odds, it's just structurally 8% lower on live games in Euro2020 and NBA.

Even on such a BIG tournament like Euro2020 you only offer live odds of 1,83/1,83 (seen right now on Over/Under 1,5 goals in Italy-Turkey game).....that is a crazy bookie margin......most bookies offer 1,92/1,92 or some even 1,94/1,94.

Why don't you dare to offer a bit less juice to your customers? It's not like it's a dodgy league from an exotic country where you don't know any players of.

I think it's really really sad to offer these low odds for your customers....and it will scare them away and drive them to your competitors....so please think about improving but it's your own decision.

There seems to be some sort of miscommunication because even though you read here that people are complaining about nearly .10+ odd changes compared to other places, you still do not have any type of improvement at all, it is still not doing great. I liked playing here on premier league for example because the odds were good and now looking at euro it is not that great and there doesn't seem to be any changes in the odds at all.

So, I would have to say that you need to change the way your odds are calculated, I understand that you need to make a profit as well but when something is 2.00 here and 2.10 in somewhere else, guess where people will play? This way you are losing customers, I had some money deposited here and it wasn't big amount so I couldn't just withdraw it and deposit somewhere else because then I would lose most of it, but if I had a lot of money I definitely would have gone somewhere else.

So since you finally improved your Euro2020 live betting odds, can you maybe improve your NBA live betting odds too?

What I find such interesting situation is that their non-live bets are not bad odds neither. So that means they are not providing bad odds if you wager before the game starts, they are really doing something that is definitely right at that part of the deal and that is a good thing.

However they are not doing well when it comes to live betting at all, what is the reason for that? If the pre-match odds were bad I would say that this place is generally a bad place to wager and has a sportsbook with bad odds and that would be understandable, it would be bad but at least it would make sense to have bad odds both on before and after, however when the beforehand is good and the live is bad it is a bit weird isn't it? In any case you can't always have a place that has the best odds, I just believe the trust covers the difference for me and I will just continue with pre-match ones.

@dezoel I feel that more members need to raise their voice on this issue, because there’re less NBA fans and hence it’s important to alert the support collectively. Furthermore are you’ll facing this issue in other live sport bets too?, as I wager less and so far I have felt that their live odds were on par whenever I saw for soccer matches.
