It is not complicated as long as understand the terms and conditions in Fortunejack. Your case is related to this below terms:

You blame a casino because your own mistakes? You made few mistakes here:
1. You made a deposit but you did not read the terms before deposit, and now you are angry because there is a term that makes you unable to withdraw your money.
2. You made a $120 deposit in order to withdraw your $30 winning from the free spins, I say it is a mistake because you are risking 4x bigger amount than what you win. I would not even do it even if there is no wager requirement of the deposit. It does not make senses for me.
3. You did wager then but unfortunately your balance is under the minimum withdraw so you asked support how if you make a new deposit as you think that you have done the wager requirement and it will be fine to make a new deposit to reach the minimum withdraw. I think you need to wager first the $30 you won from free spins and since you deposit you also need to wager your $120 I'm not sure but I think there's a lot of wagering you need to withdraw it. It's surprising the the FJ now asks players to wager the users deposit to withdraw, the last time I play there's no such thing as that. I don't think you can call them scammer just because they have difficult requirements in terms of wagering, I think they wouldn't just ask you to wager it probably they announce it about their new rules.

You don't have to worry, everybody makes a mistake. As a I see the casino wagering requirements to withdraw your deposit is 2 and in sports betting is placing 1 bet with an amount of 50% of your total deposit? Who do you think should be blame here? When we know that every casino has their own minimum withdrawal. They have a higher minimum withdrawal for an LTC but at least their withdrawal fee is cheaper than the other casinos. Not sure if you can withdraw after you deposit.
