It is important to know what kind of deposit it was and what kind of coin it was. I don't know about FortuneJack, but usually and nowadays you see more and more that gambling sites require 2 confirmations from the network for the amount added to the player's account. I'm sure the money will be credited to the player's account anyway. Fortunejack has a long and good reputation with no problems.

There might be an issue with the bitcoin deposit system in fortunejack that makes his deposits were not credited after network confirmation. I have never really heard about this issue with Bitcoin on FJ, so probably the issue could be in the wallet you’re using hence check if it’s showing you correctly that the funds are indeed confirmed, secondly are you using a public IP address maybe that’s why the system is not crediting your amounts.

This does happen, it happened to me as well. I always use btc when gambling here, and I can say that there have been problems here and there all the time, like for many years and not recently. You should not blame the Casino for missing it since they have no control about the confirmation of your deposit. You knew already that they are not crediting your deposit instantly if it only has one confirmation as you stated that this already occur on your last 3 deposit yet you still deposit using Bitcoin with the time in conflict to the match that you are gonna made bet.
