I know it isn’t the biggest deal, but this last deposit took four hours after I contacted them. I was depositing to wager on a specific match and missed the match because of it.

You should not blame the Casino for missing it since they have no control about the confirmation of your deposit. I think it's no problem being on this platform, I'm a Fortujack user with absolutely no objections about it even being used to it so I know what the rules are in FJ.
I'm not sure you deposit and then withdraw again, lol, still it needs to be wagered so you can deposit 2x to be able to withdraw it so try to understand first about Fortunejack, I think it's been a long time since Fortunejack has implemented withdrawals and deposits, there is absolutely no change .
