Maybe they feel that running signature campaigns now and then is good enough to try and rebuild their lost reputation or maybe it is something else entirely. That is a mystery only their team members are fully aware of.

Whatever the case, they scammed and got punished for it in various ways. 2nd chances are hard to come by in life. Have no idea why anyone would want to still play here, but it's their money and their choices which they have to live with.

Fortunejack used to have a great reputation here before 2025. Many forum members were also playing at FortuneJack. They lost majority of the users after the big failure with their token launch. Then we have also seen some valid and unresolved accusations against them here in the forum. Maybe they are trying to get back the users from this community by launching the signature campaign, but a short-term campaign will never give any positive results. Moreover, they won't be able to attract users from here with their current reputation. Occasionally, it feels like there are significant changes in FortuneJack team.

I doubt a casino would just go on and delete a customer account for inactivity and you know you can't just stay afar and assume your account was deleted, perhaps for the benefit of doubt you could reach out to their customer service and make a probe to why you seem not to be able to access your fortunejack account the last time you tried accessing. And maybe from there am sure you would get the right answers. With what reply you get you can know if you should create another account or not, but especially now they're offering deposit bonuses to their customers I think a lot of users wouldn't want to miss that.

If there is no fund in the account, a new account can be created which is fine. The inability of a user to access their account does not mean that the casino team purposely deleted their account but that can be as a result of an error or bug which can show such prompt to the user. The casino support will have a better explanation for that for clarity so the user can understand what could have happened to his account if it was deleted or the password or username he used is not correct.

As per terms, fortunejack will notify the user and user is given 30days to re-activate the account, failed to do this then the account will gone IIRC.
If he gets no more promotional email, better try to login first, if he is still able to login means that his account is still active.
Other possible case is that he unsubscribe for the email from Fortunejack.

That's right, the rules is written in T&C point 2.7 like in this screenshot, it's even explained that there is 5% fee per month which can drain your balance
But there is no specific explanation about the deleted account so I'm not sure if any of the accounts have been deleted because they've been inactive for years or if they've just been frozen. My personal experience is only dormant account and I managed to reactivate it after contacting the support team, as long as we still have the email linked to the account, everything will be easy.

Here are my last two deposit transactions on FortuneJack and with those deposits I don't even think I wagered $500 in total. As far as I remember, the reason behind those deposits was because they had decent bonus offers if I make that amount of deposit. I don't usually deposit on FortuneJack unless they give me bonus that is worth the risk. Also, from those deposits, I was able to withdraw more than $100.

I think the reason they sent me this email is pretty obvious, they want me to deposit again. It's very tempting. Imagine depositing $1,000 and getting another $200 worth of free spins.
