damn, just read the thread, thats some fuked up giveaway.

It is isn't it? Here's someone else who thought it was too:

This was left on one of the BAN shills profiles due to his constant postings here. Notice the "a pretty obvious scam" bit........but I'm sure ThePhaker & his aliases will pretend they didn't see it & carry on posting pretty schoolgirl ponies thinking their 10 year old humor will magically change something........ Roll Eyes

It's sad & embarrassing.

CLASSIC!!!  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Funny thing is, dipshit, there's a reason the trust profile has a box for BTC amount risked. Cause nothing risked, nothing gained. But hey, all those big red words, written in exactly the same style, by "4 different users." No one believes you. The logic behind your trust  posts is that you risked 0.000000 BTC and lost 0.000000 BTC therefore it's a scam. Go buy a Fleshlight.

Hello again TheFaker, welcome back again, & again, & again....... Roll Eyes

Wrong thread though I'm afraid, you should complain on your friends scam thread against the person who left the trust rating:

Yeah. Clearly, these are 4 independent posts from 4 different accounts run by 4 individuals... You're about as credible as a treasure map from a cereal box.

Poor Phwner.....

What? Four members commenting on your scam makes them all the same person? Do you use that logic on any amount of comments?

Anyway, you don't have time to comment here - you're far too busy getting ripped to shreds on s0brs latest transparent thread that he never posts on..... Roll Eyes

Pissed myself when I read this:

I really do wish someone who's been mining on BAN would come and share their experience and payouts so we can see just how they actually do.

Good luck on that wish.  Based on their thread(s), it's nothing but people who can't spell, perform basic arithmetic, or understand that -10% fee PPS is going to end in a lot of people getting fucked over if they're not already.

BAN....... Roll Eyes

Why does it not surprise me that BAN (BitcoinAffiliateNetwork) are involved in this?

I opened a scam accusation against them ages ago about their phony "giveaway" of miners to fake user accounts many months ago:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=782765.0

After a barrage of insults from s0br/ThePhwner & their multiple aliases, s0br locked the BAN pool thread after deleting evidence & went AWOL from the scam thread & this forum for about 2 months - before popping up again with another BAN pool thread with claims of transparency, bonuses, regular payouts etc, etc, - all of which has proven to be false again.

BTW, guess who advertised BAN on his "trustworthiness guide" thread knowing that they were confirmed scammers?  Yup, our good friend poop-dawg........ Roll Eyes

Come on s0br/ThePhwner & all your fake alises - bring it on. Tell me I was wrong  Roll Eyes

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING THIEVING LYING POOL!!!

More proof:

This is the type of information that was requested from BAN previously by the people mining on their pool when their "giveaway" was rumbled - which they were unable to supply.  Why?

Because the giveaway miners were never sent.

As I have said since day one.

How is Dogie wrapped up in all this?

He isn't as far as I'm aware. I questioned him once about why he was accepting payments from a known scam pool to advertise on his guides once - but that's about it. I mentioned it on your thread as I thought you might be interested, seeing as you get on so well......  Cheesy

dude!  are you still on this "I didn't win a miner so it must be a scam" pedestal?

the freebie miners were a giveaway.....I didn't win one either and even if (and I don't think they did) they were given to friends...who cares?

the pool has been paying out better than average despite your claims and that is all miners should think about

oh, wait...I forget you aren't mining at the pool....never mind....carry on grousing about nothing

btw..kudo's on creating your identity and then building it up with nothing other than specious claims against a pool...and refusing to respond to requests to prove you didn't....it is clear who the "scammer" is here ;-)

And the BAN scam goes on -  now s0br is stealing 7.7% of miners earnings, that's a nice slice of every miners pie.........will people never learn?

So ... what happened with this?
Someone earlier posted that they get transparent emails ... so I guess the emails explained it also?

I never got emails explaining anything.  I did finally get my payout yesterday (after 11 days without payouts).  It did indeed have 7.71% missing due to the difficulty adjustment near the end of those 11 days.  BAN wasn't doing partial payments during those 11 days but instead was picking and choosing who was paid, so not everyone took the 7.71% hit on as many days worth.

IMO, handling difficulty changes in PPS the way BAN does is not the brightest idea.  If there is another difficulty drop, before the drop anyone could set their payout for 24 hours and earn extra for nearly a day at the expense of the pool.  Likewise, always hop off and never let a payout cross an increase!  The pool can probably handle it though-- there are far more increases available to skim from those who do not know any better!

I'm no hater - I just think it's scandalous that people let s0br get away with stealing, lying & scamming miners. As should everyone. Speaking of scamming, here's another classic from their first thread:

Of course, if you're OK with losing over 7% of your earnings, zero support, lies, fake accounts, fake givaways, fake pictures, late payments, missing payments, etc, etc with no explanation whatsoever on a pool that is using stolen hardware - then by all means knock yourself out and mine here  Wink

Miners need to know what they are letting themselves in for here, especially noobs who don't know any better.

So, s0br suddenly sprang up on his own pool thread for the first time in over 2 months, presumably because of the plethora of complaints about miners being underpaid & late. Strange thing is, on exactly the same day s0br shows up, I get this strange PM from some jammers guy who seems to have anointed himself as s0brs spokesman:

I don't know what you're problem is, and what kind of paranoia you have, but I have had enough of your constant accusations. One more single accusation of me being anything and I am going to putting in a formal complaint, backed with me writing extensively about the issue of trolling on bitcointalk, directly which have happened as a result of your actions over the last few months.

Either you identify yourself to me, so i can speak to you directly and find out what your problem is, or I will do my best to find out who you are through the community options available to me. I don't know what the hell happened between you and s0br before, but I was not involved in it, so please desist from claiming that I am.

Hello,

I'm not quite sure what you're talking about, & I don't I care, but anyway: Thank you for the lovely letter, I will be sure to file it.

I believe a forum member has already pointed out to you the error of your ways, but in case you missed it, here it is again for you:

Right, so you don't represent s0br & you don't work for s0br. Stop talking for him like you do then.

You are not s0brs little spokesman. Take yourself & your spiv "bitcoin marketing team" ( Roll Eyes) back to s0brs little irc gang & stop pretending you know what you're talking about.

Libel my arse  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

I think he sums it up quite well. In fact, it deserves to be added to the scam thread, together with this & any other PM's you decide to send me.

póg mo thóin  Wink

Coincidence?.........maybe.  Weird?.....definitely  Cheesy

Miners who complain about the late/missing payments, lack of support, broken promises & lies are now being told to leave the pool:

Very well fuck you and this pool then.

Well said.

BAN miners who complain would go mine somewhere else.

Serious? If everyone who complained (weather it be for late payments, lack of communication, lack of support, lies & misleading statements or whatever) took your advice, there would only be you & s0br left!!..... Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

"How to lose friends & alienate people"........by swimmer63.

Meanwhile, s0br continues ignore every question from miners about his lies:

I just have not seen on other pools the hash rate fluctuate like it does here and have worried about it for sometime now.

Maybe this is the cause of the fluctuation:

The stolen merchandise is with Bitcoin Affiliate Network in Las Vegas, Nevada. They are aware that the merchandise is stolen yet they ignore communications with us. We are in discussion with the Police.

S0br promised to post an announcement here many weeks ago:

I will publish a statement soon addressing some issues and concerns here. It's just a simple matter of providing more information.

....but still nothing.......why Huh

And is still lying about the 10% bonus payouts that simply don't exist:

According to the OP on the first page of this thread:

Payment System: PPS + 10% Bonus.
Payment Intervals: 1,2,4,8,12,24 hours.

Two lies in two sentences?  Cheesy

Moderators should do something.

Moderators/admins should indeed do something....... Embarrassed
