Just wondering if there are any fellow girls on here who are into Bitcoin mining, trading, etc. It seems it's mainly guys. We are roughly 50% of the population of this planet yet I can't find any girls who are into Bitcoins, anywhere.

Everytime I try to mention Bitcoins while hanging out with girlfriends they always look confused and change the subject, yet they're not "dumb girls", they've been to Uni, spend a lot of time online, have paypal acc's, online banking, etc. Why are they so reluctant to hear about Bitcoins?

Did you tell them they can buy shoes with bitcoin ?
And many Bitcoin owners are freshly virtually minted millionaires ?

I'm guessing only a few % of bitcoin users are girls. Look at the girls around you, I have spoken to many girls about BTC and some of them knew about Bitcoin, or knew people that used Bitcoin, but never really wanted to learn more about it. I think that the current marketing of Bitcoin isn't targeted to women, women think it's too complicated and are more afraid of risks.

WOMEN ARE MORE AFRAID OF RISKS. Spot on. We don't handle risk and uncertainty as well as men do, we like SAFETY, we are just wired this way, goes way back. Probably has to do with motherhood i.e.making sure we are capable of keeping babies safe or something.

I was just saying that girls should be more aware of consequences with online activities, it's all fun and games now, most girls cam thru word of mouth, like her friend gets lots of cash through cam and they're like "I'm gonna do the same!". Some women find that doing their thing online is quite liberating and financially beneficial. Ya know, like, working from home and putting food on the table for their kids. Most women where I live go thru some period of bisexuality and experiment. I have been wondering for a long time where you might think this stems from...most guys never at any point experiment with other guys unless they are homosexual but women they will experiment often at some point with another female at some point in their life. Lol. Well yes there are "real" bisexual girls and full on lesbians out there. But the rest of us straight girls...well...we realise we come across pretty "boring" being super straight and guys don't wanna hear about our sexy times with other guys from the past, it's a total turn off to them. So, to be more interesting, some girls make up stories of things they supposedly did with girls, at dorms, sleepovers, some drunk kiss at the club to get attention from guys, spank each other at parties, lol, we know guys love that sort of behaviour. The more we see other girls having fun doing and saying those things, and we see guys giving them so much attention for it, the more we realise its a total winner tactic. So to compete with these fun girls they have to do it too, that's it, peer pressure. It's that simple. So yeah, most of the time it's nothing to do with attraction towards some girl, it's just showing off to impress guys, the aim is to come across a bit naughty, carefree or whatever, so guys will find us more exciting.
Me and my main friends happen to be straight and have not experimented anything with girls, ever, but ask any of our boyfriends/ex boyfriends and you'll be sure to hear A LOT of super exciting fabricated stories we have told them involving girls, lol, sometimes we don't even have to lie that much sometimes just tell them us girls had a sleepover last night and played truth or dare (and wink at him while saying it), or tell them we got together to help each other try on sexy bikinis for summer, and the guys imaginination goes into overdrive

This is not entirely true. Social conditioning and the perceived link between sexuality and male self worth is a strong deterrent against male sexual experimentation. However, when placed in close proximity inside foreign social environments, like in prisons and boarding schools, men have been known to experiment.

In fact, experimentation in the military during times of conflict and war is quite well documented throughout the ages. I remember reading a particular case in the Borneo and New Guinea during WWII where American and Australian commanders became worried as too many soldiers were experimenting in the open! Accepted social model and expectations slowly crumbled in the two secluded locations, leading to hundreds of soldiers willingly and openly carrying out courtship rituals and sexual relationships.
