We thank them so much and all who have responded to this fundraising effort for Project 1 on ElectriCChain and also thanks to Scalextrix who is donating a battery and helping us on the ground for logistics in London!

The solarcoin community is really amazing, like minded individuals helping each other try to do this!

Please note that ElectriCChain are preparing a budget for this wallet before it is moved or taken out of staking after May 6th and the fundraising period is completed. The budget is for Project 1 only (IOTA-Chainofthings-Bitseed-Solcrypto) node integration to tangle and mirror on SLR blockchains. If the project one continues after hackathon which is likely, the report on budget will be shown as transparent and community input and consensus requested for the use of the budget to continue Project 1 goals.
Our policy is such that, if the coins are used for project budget (need to transfer to BTC), then we will (1) try to sell off market (2) sell in low volumes on Bittrex per day over a long period.

It should do it automatically after your coins have aged in your wallet.

could you be more precise on the term "aged"? around how many time of holding do you mean for my coins to start staking?

Your wallet should be on, and logged in.

Also, there is an option to Disable Staking in the menu->Settings, so it should be Enabled, but some experimenting I did with that recently revealed that staking gets enabled when you perform a transaction ... will do more testing on how exactly that works when the new wallet version is ready for testing

Wow I just realized someone donated 100k Solarcoins. Now thats what I call a legendary move. A massive thank you to whoever donated such a large amount. At first I though someone bought 100k for themselves. But when I double checket the address I noticed it was the donation address for electricchain. I still dont know what to say. This is incredible. I  mean check out the litecoin community. They can't even raise 200 LTC for a breadwallet based wallet. One day Solarcoin will reach the Sun and I am glad to be a part if it.

I am recieving interest but about 1/2 as i usually get.
