The price action to .25 back to .17 overnight is volatile as hell. Looks like a base forming at .20. Man I think when bitcoin halves we will be in the .5 range. My seatbelt is buckled but I think I'm getting wiplash!!!!!
Don't worry - that is because of the same person manipulating the market constantly on Bittrex trying to increase his stash of Solarcoins. Once we get to Poloniex and maybe other exchanges the price will be more stable. It's easy for him now, but soon he will no longer be able to cause panic... By the way as I was writing this post, the price dropped to 0.00029 and then almost instantly went to 0.000315 - his game is simple and this person behavior has not changed even slightly. We will get there - just don't be afraid by a couple of waves in the sea That was me, I bought back a few coin to try to put the price back up since I had an emergency and had to cash out the majority of my SLR. Some idiot had their Pitbull off leash and attacked my dog. I chose to save her and it cost $2,300 in vet bills so far. Good to see the price stayed stable and my dog is all stitched up and actually wagging her tail and eating now so it was worth it! Thank god I stuck with SolarCoin and it stayed stable all this time and rose when I needed it most! Happy to hear your pup is well. You should file a complaint against the owner and probably file a small claims suit. Thanks yeah I would have but the guy fled the scene, I couldn't chase him, messed my knee up pushing his dog off mine it knocked me over. It happened so fast and crazy as it came around a corner so no time to react whatsoever. I had to get to the emergency room anyways no time and the guy knew it and took advantage of that. I will buy back in later too. Go SLR! When the price gets to $100 BitCoin will have a problem on its hands. SolarCoin travels at the speed of Light and has more Power to boot. It's kinda hard to buy in now. I thought the price was bottoming at .20 but it looks that since BitCoin has risen it dropped to .175. I guess this is the base for now. We will see what it does when we get more liquidity.

Well I did a little calculation on Bittrex for 13.06 (yesterday) about how many coins were sold and how many were bought: Solarcoins sold = ~93 000 Solarcoins bought = ~194 000 Those calculations are not that precise, but they are good enough for us to see the big picture - apparently "someone" is increasing his stash and is buying hard (well what a surprise) I was thinking that the scenario will be the other way around if we consider the recent price "drop" , but in fact it's the opposite I will not be surprised if this guy is trading Solarcoins 24/7 on Bittrex lol. I know you are reading you big fat Whale , so why don't you say Hello already?

I don't have the time at the moment but it is in the back of my mind. All of these exchanges have API's including coinmarketcap.

Someone has put a small "bump" at 0.0003 - 50 000 SLR waiting there. The next one is at 0.00034, ~ 25 000 SLR. The road after those seems to be even for now, if we don't consider those 67 000 at 0.0039 Now we wait for Mr. Whale or some big fish to grab them... By the way at the moment I think it's the right time for someone to buy - the "bottom" seems to be 0.00025 and I don't think it will stay that way for too long so if someone wants to get in, now is the right time! Of course whoever put those, can remove them in any moment we will see...

I know you are reading you big fat Whale , so why don't you say Hello already? The problem with your caclculation is you dont know how many people really bought or dumped... All you know is that these trades took place. Its pretty clear that if someone bought 194k off the ask ther would be almost no coins for sale and the price would have probably gone to a dollar. But es its difficult to say which trades are being manipulated and which ones are ''real'' . Remeber epiphanys post about Solarcoin being capped at a penny by someone? Well thats when SLR was accumulated. These kind of ''master plans'' are usually well thought through and I believe whoever is manupulating the market already has all the Solarcoin he needs. Now it's just about getting the value up but make no mistake. The cheap coins are gone already edit: or at least the really cheap coins are gone :p

Exactly!!! Anyway I have a question for you guys - I am getting "bigger" amounts SLR from the staking process compared to ~1 month ago and I don't know why that is. Just to tell you that I didn't increase the amount of the coins that I keep in the wallet so I can't figure out why am I getting more coins from the staking process ? Any of you experiencing the same thing?

If you look at the Orphans Chart: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/slr/#!extraction the number of orphans is lower now (after the higher numbers during the wallet update period) so that might be the reason for increased stakes for everyone.

Another possiblity is that there are less coins staking right now so you have more chances for getting the next stake. I had quite a lot but I sold 1/3 on the way up so I only have 2/3 of the coins I had staking.... Its possible that whoever bought my coins didn't put them to stake... Probalby sold too early but I'm playing it safe this time.

Aww so cute About those 50 000 It didn't surprise me that they were "eaten" that fast - it's a nice amount to add to the pocket at that price. Keep up the good work, and if we continue to rise up (not only Solarcoin, but BTC too) I have one quote for you guys: In a positive way of course

Anyone else think when we hit Polo we may see a slight fall if some whales get tempted to sell off?
Either way we gotta be going back up once that market snags up large amounts of SLR
I think it might have the opposite effect. I was in VOX before it hit Polinex and it shot up when it first started trading. Mind you it came back down but it was doing bad before it hit Polinex. Plus there is a lot of liquidity on Polinex and if they decide to open SLR up to Margin Trading and Lending I think we will see some good gains. To me it seems like the perfect storm but then again it is hard to say as everyone is watching and waiting on Polinex.

I don't see poloniex really increasing the price of the coin, but I do see it changing the overall value. There will be more liquidity, and with that comes some stability so we won't see huge price swings that aren't sustainable. Plus people will be involved in arbitrage which will also stabilize the value.
