There are something like 60mln empty apartments with a very high price tags. A lot of people don't even have an house.

Many people that resort to robbing people do not have this rationale. If someone is willing to rob someone at gun point (still a very serious crime) then they probably do not understand the consequences of a murder or attempted murder change.

If a country is crazy enough to use it's nukes in order to try to get world policy changed then it's political leaders are likely immature enough to actually use them

The high levels of old people in China (because of the one child policy) is growing and soon the number of young people ready for work will decrease. That will determine a decrease of the active (working and able to work) population. As the active population decreases, this will force fewer people to produce more in order for GDP to grow. Since this is completely dependent of productivity increases, the chinese GDP will increase at much lower rates, as the Japanese and European GDP currently do (also because of lower active population). Probably, China will stagnate around the levels of the american GDP.
The high number of old people will be a heavy burden on chinese society. Mainly, because there will be only one child to support their parents and there is little social protection for them in China.

China has no recourse if the US were to decide to not pay it's debt. There is also nothing to stop the US from selectively paying it's debt-holders and only paying non-chinese debt-holders. The net amount that China is borrowing from the US is much less then the net amount that the US is borrowing. Once the US gets it's spending problem under control the fact that China owns a lot of US treasury bonds will mean nothing.

Its interesting that china have become a superpower.   Maybe "freedom" USA style isnt the most important variable for world domination these days.  The Chinese government seems both protective and controlling of its people.  Im still of the belief in the west go with crypto for trade china wont stand a chance.
