2. Imagine, mathematicians, economists, programmers, philosophers and media veterans with strongest knowledge are making some effort to make really fairly launched cryptocurrency that is focused on real economy markets.
Thank you for the in depth response. Since you're the only dev, are you saying that you're a mathematician, economist, programmer, philosopher, and media veteran? Seems like a lot of roles to play. Also, while I agree with your logic to some extent about resisting asics by having a front loaded distribution, I'm sorry, but I think it's just way too extreme to disburse half of all coins that will ever exist in the first month when there was a minuscule hash rate. 1. I never said i am the only dev. I mentioned many times that XDN DarkNote developers team is a "team of teams". And it is decentralized, XDN has supporters and developers from around the World. 2. To be fair and honest and to avoid any misunderstandings XDN announce was at the same second as first block was generated. Being true it was a BIG surprise to see hashrate going to the sky, just after launch. XDN had more than 40 000 000 difficulty in first hours after launch. Also first month we promoted XDN very active and asked people to mine it, we explained Economy and logic. 3. In recent months we can see millions of XDN on exchanges offered for extremely low prices. Almost any person can own some, even without mining. |

I transferred nearly 400K xdn to my bittrex account from the simplewallet about 24 hours ago and it hasn't arrived yet. What did I miss? Thanks
I believe that most of the exchanges have suspended deposits and transfers of all CN(Cryptonote) based coins due the attack in XMR by BitcoinEXpress(BCX). Although Poloniex made an announcement, BITtrex has not. I would suggest sending a support ticket. If the above is false, did you include a Payment ID with your deposit? 24Kilo Thanks, 24Kilo. Yes, I just now sent a support request and included the Payment ID and Base Address info that Bittrex uses to process the transaction. Guess I'll wait to see what Bittrex can do. do you see the transaction in the blockchain? if not, it could have been rejected due to being too big. you can restore from a backup wallet before the transaction and it should still be there in the wallet. I initially did see it in the block chain and then I didn't. Couldn't find a backup wallet so I rebuilt the old one and my balance is back to normal with the 400K XDN. Thank you for your help, tricass. Edit: New problem. Now it says I can't send from my wallet, "used already spent key images" Are you using the latest DarkNote client GUI or simplewallet? "used already spent key images" means that you tried to make transaction and probably it is still in TX pool. If it will be rejected you will have your XDN back, or it can be included in block. |

It is very impressive to see what the dNote team has presented so far and so fast with DarkNote.
XDN multiplied 8 times in value in a very short time, and based on the coinspecs that could easily become 80 times in an even shorter time.

Correct, you are still mining XDN.  I haven't had to touch my mining equipment for since I started with DuckNote months ago and have been selling on the exchanges al along. this isnt a fork, correct? im mining xdn, does that mean im mining darknote now, not ducknote?

If your coin is 37 sat and going strong on Bittrex, why the heck would you want it to be listed on a subsatoshi exchange. XDN roadmap is not heading for peanuts and subsatoshi, XDN is heading for a professional way ahead and a strong increase in value. |

No disrespect Digathusiast, I enjoy the posts, but you could also buy or sell at say, 36.5 satoshi on that exchange as well as on hitBTC. You can buy on hitBTC as I am righting this for 36.9 satoshi. Buy price is currently at 38 satoshi at both Poloniex and BITtrex. A bigger interest and following including multiple exchanges is better in my opinion. Subtoshi's interest in the cryptocurrency community is welcomed. I hope everyone embraces this movement of the future changing decentralized blockchain technology. I do agree with the bright future and expect a couple hundred satoshi value per DarkNote very soon and in the future, the sky's the limit!  |
