As much fun as I have talking to myself, I was just wondering if anyone else other than bots and people who clearly do not get it, is reading and having fun. If not I might actualy take this advise (get off the forum and keep the coins to myself). |

It should be clear to all that I make no claim for knowing who Satoshi Nakamoto is , nor do I know who is the creator of bitcoin. Through out this thread I made use of knowledge available to all and incorporate to serve my artistic goals.
The chances that the creator of bitcoin is indeed aware of this thread and take interest in it are very slim. If we factor in the overall bitcointalk crowed interest in this thread, these chances are even smaller.
As of the characters I used in my dialogues , I made them different enough from any reference that I may used. It should be clear to all that they are part of my creation as an artist.
Regarding the Disney logo use and the Disney name for the coin... It is central to the the art concept and I would keep my argument for the curt if it ever get to that.
In terms of regulations, the coins where issued as art and are sold as such.
The dialogues on the thread are part of the artwork and so are the pieces made for the art show "On The Shoulders of Giants" .
One may view this art piece as mix-medium/performance art using deconstruction and appropriation concepts.
*This may also serve as the art statement for all my artistic claims.
