What do you mean as "this coin doesn't have a dev?"
You need to have a working wallet to make an ico,so sure, you have to be a dev.
You can't just start an ico without nothing in hand.

A good website slick, professional with all the goodies ought cost maybe $3000 - $5000 at the ultimate gold plate max. No-one makes their own websites anymore, that's like going to the backyard and making your own car. It might drive but no-one else would risk themselves in it. The way it is done is to go a speciality company that does websites and have them do it for you; they maintain it, update, all the rest even technical support. You spend a bit of time sitting with them to tell what you want and off they go. Easy and cheap if you have $100000 US sitting about. Maybe.. just maybe... they focused on the development of the coin itself not on the website/webpage/web template or should they? |

Why do you guys go around fudding coins? I just don't get what the point is. When you were part of the cloak dev team, you fudded DRK. Then you fudded LXC, then XST and now SWIFT. What do you get out of that? This fudding is not going to make Shadow go up. Get a life. The people talked about in this article are the same people now fudding swift. Let's get back to the positive things here... For starters, Bitswift has no fees!
They've implemented a lot of things in the wallet that most coins haven't from the start. They also have a mobile wallet.
And... It's only a little over a week old. Multipool in the works, among other things.
Not to mention trading exchange is coming for Swift to FIAT.
The short term memory of the altcoin world keeps getting shorter...
