There will be an announcement on a few changes in leadership for Breakout Gaming on Sunday evening.  We apologize about the lack of communication on the forum.  In order to address some of your concerns, we will be appointing someone to monitor and respond to questions on conversation on this forum on a daily basis in the future.  Thanks.

Hello everyone!  We are making a change in leadership this week and will transition a lot of the responsibilities of the CEO position from Billy Chung to new management.  The paperwork will be done early this week and from beginning this week there will be someone assigned to monitor the boards and answer questions on a daily basis.  We know the community needs to get better feedback and we will provide communication that is responsive and thorough.  Billy will be resigning from his current position due to personal reasons and will be available for Breakout if needed. 

We are in capital fundraising stage and at this juncture, the top position needs to be filled by someone with extensive gaming experience.  In addition to having someone assigned to monitor and have conversations on this forum, the current team will be posting and conversing with the community on a more regular basis.

As was mentioned before, the software is working and looking fantastic, many of the demo testers from this forum have tested the poker software and the digital hub to their satisfaction.  In addition, a select few on this forum have received a copy of our latest business plan and we feel it is very promising.

We apologize about not making timely postings the past few weeks.  The entire team has been working non-stop for over a year and the past few weeks were needed to give our team members a break and re-organize.

The team members have generally remained the same, except that we are now adding people with more extensive gamin experience and the responsibilities that comes along with running a licensed gaming company.

Some of the members have changed and others are on hold until financing is secured.  At this stage, not everyone is needed on a full time basis.  Once financing is available, positions will be immediately filled and a much more complete gaming team will be assembled.  You can feel free to ask the new leadership any direct questions once they come on board this week.

Perkins Coie law firm is working with us to provide legal counsel and help raise interest and capital for our project.

We have provided access to our "live" working website and poker software for those who were willing to sign an NDA.  In addition, a few of those from this forum who have been demo'ing our software the past few months were provided a copy of the most recent version of the "plan."

Our USA address is registered in Henderson, NV.  A full fledged physical office will be available once financing is available.  The expense of running a large office while we are not fully financed is currently avoided in order to prevent large unnecessary costs.

I'm all for reporting scams, but you need to go back and read whatever it was you agreed to when you bought the coins. I'm pretty sure they had language that protected them in case it took a while to release a coin. You could make yourself liable if you file a criminal complaint based on the fact that you didn't understand your contracts. I'm not a lawyer (as far as you know), so make sure you consult one before you open yourself to liability.

This is precisely the reason I suggested that breakout should restore the legal mumbo-jumbo on their ICO page.
