boonies4u, GLBSE V.2 is going to be made available by the end of this year, it's going to be a huge improvement over what we have.
At the same time work is also being done on the current GLBSE web interface, it looks like we will have a facelift, functionality and usability improvements in about 2 weeks.
On Saturday live websocket streaming of GLBSE is going to begin.
I'm hoping for a resurection of GLBSE this years end.
Does anyone know whats happening with the Bitcoin Police (and can they be contacted for the DOX on tawsix?)and noagendamarket?
I've not been on the IRC channels since coming back. Oh by the way I'm in the UK now.
Nefario.
Will there be a way for people to easily prove how many shares of a given asset they hold? While having discussions in public can be useful, I would like to start having them with other shareholders.

It's certainly a goal, easy communication between the issuer and shareholders first, and then I'll turn it into a more general messaging/BB system showing what number of shares you have.

It's clear that Tawsix doesn't want to answer questions about the hardware. Simple math problem. How many FPGA can you buy when you sell .... details unavailable .... hardware. 1? 6? 20? 2000? If he could "get" 3 FPGA would that be a good deal? bad deal? fair deal? What about only 1? What about 10?

Well, right now, its about 500ish for 200mhs or so via fpga and that pricing is more of estimate on the favorable side for SIN. If Butterfly Labs turns out to be true (and they very well may) you can get something like 1ghs for $700 but I think now its less speed than that and they are not yet on the market publically.
So, lets look at it this way.
He claims to have had the 8ghs of hardware. If that is made out of 5830s, we are looking at a max of 1600mhs per rig is non-stuppid setup (Im willing to bet that these things are underpowerd and overloaded on hardware. Poor motherboards) That would be about 6 rigs x 5 cards each at about $70 on the slow sale. That would be $2100 worth of cards ($3280 at the time of purchase).
Then motherboards. Smart choice would have been Msi890FXA-GD70s. They ran about $170 if you did your shoping well, and then he would need 6. They sell now for about 100-120 each, so in a best case, $720. ($1020 at time of purchase)
Ram! $10 if your a noob. $5 if your smart. $60 ($60) Cpu, Semp 140. Cant even move these at $20, but ill give toss it on. $120 Psus. 140 a unit hoping that they are decent models. ($840)
We dont? yeah, think so. total in a best case sale in this senario. $3840 right now with a hard sale and no shipping cost included. Btw. There is no way to spend $15000 usd on 8ghs. or 20ghs for that matter. Think about that.

Im going to call it. On December 18th, 2011 at 01:01:40 AM, we the investors and share holders of SkepsiDyne Intergrated Node formally acknowledge that "Tawsix", the owner and operator of the before mentioned company, has abandoned us and fled with what ever asset either physical or financial that may still exist.
Due to the events that have been recorded here in this forum, I also formally request on the behalf of the SkepsiDyne investors that an full inquest be formed into the true identity of Tawsix, the factual events of SkepsiDyne Intergrated Node and use of company assets in regards to obligational fullfilment, and investigation and orginization of prosecution and civil judgement. During the course of the above, we will be requesting the assistance of the Bitcointalk forum moderators and administrators, Nefario of the GLBSE, and any other bitcoin or finiacial service or provider that interacted with Tawsix during the past several months.
Over the next few days I will be active in the #bitcoin-otc and #bitcoin-court channels on Freenode. During that time I invite anyone to join me in an open discussion to help in bring this to a close.
As a realist, I must tell you that all hope is slim. The likelyhood of any financial reimbursment is small and a most likely senario would end only in legal prosecution of Tawsix. That beign said, I hope to hear from thoese affected and that this will all be over soon.

http://techcores.com/2010/08/say-goodbye-to-inmotion-hosting/Their legal support doesn’t listen. I contacted the legal support department at InMotion Hosting to ask them some clear and straightforward questions about one of the websites I’m starting up (which will not be hosted with them as of now) that would be hosted on their servers at the time, and they responded by saying this message, “InMotion Hosting is unable to offer legal advice. We recommend that you get in touch with a lawyer to get detailed answers to your questions.” If you ask me, that would be a failure on their part to read my original message that clearly stated I would be hosting it on their servers. I was not pleased at all with their response and when I replied back to their message, they never got back to me. I had to go through at least five support representatives to get the answer I needed after that. Their legal department needs to read the whole email and not glimpse through it. If I’m asking a serious legal question about my business with them, I expect a serious response back and not their failure to read the email I’ve sent. Do we really need to get a lawyer to get them to respond? I hope they're improved since that article was made.

any update
Boonies has pretty much figured out who Tawsix is. The only issues to proof of identity. One thing we do also know and its not much help is what his steam account is, and we know he spends about 40 hours a week playing TFC and some other game acording to the steam stats. We are 99.9% confident that he lives in Michigan and is has only compleated partial community college level corses/ is a cc student / or a 4 year student. (In one post, he apperently gives a GOOOOO [Insert School Name Here] and that turns out to be a community college in Michigan. However, any legal action would require a lawyer firmiliar in IT law and I have yet to be able to find one who will give a free consulation and I am not really up to paying more money for a non ptomblem solving item. Thats about it. Boonies, did I miss something?

Unless some more definitive dox or evidence comes up, we'll need to start making legal steps with the hosting.

But I dont think we will be able to afford one, also because there is no one who lost enough to spend more to get it back. I can get a sitdown with an IT lawyer, but its going to be around $150 or so. Thus why its not happening.

Perhaps we should set up a fund for you to speak with a lawyer for all shareholders.

If someone wants to be the custodian of such an account, I welcome it. I would prefer not to be in charge of these funds if I will be the one selecting and visiting with a legal team.

I'll volunteer to be custodian, if people trust me. I only hold two shares of the "company", but am definitely interested in seeing justice prevail here.
$150 is what, 22 BTC? Shouldn't be too difficult to come up with.
