sure thing that I can google him. but if he knows Josh personally he  could PM me his private contact details after he asked him if he can help and is interested in a property in Israel.
the finders fee is not for someone who will through in a name and will think I will google..........

Well when anyone goes to buy a property they just dont pay 3 million dollars cause thats what your asking. The price has to be supported by a CMA or something that justifies that price. That may be why you have no interest in it thus far.
