Thanks indeed.
First impressions:
 - Inncrease of hashrate 39% on SM 5.0 / GTX750Ti without OC
 - Decrease in power consumption of the rig by 10W

Just awesome! Smiley

Cool stuff, but the coming apocalypse it wont matter... Everyone knows about Lyra, they'll all switch to it, it'll bomb too... 4TH is a lot of hashrate I don't think you guys realize how much hashrate that is.

Are we going to see the Lyra2 update in ccminer?

I buy private Nvidia miners. Send information and/or inquiries to my PM box.

money will simple move to something else

the bitcoin boom with the halving will cause new influx of money, i'm confident that there will be profit for a long time

LYRA2 UPDATE--

You are asking about the earlier version of the Lyra* algo, Lyra2?       --scryptr

-i 18

sp-mod private #6: 4675
Lyra2v2-Nicehash: 6100 (30% faster)
Not bad, I think the work has been done by djm34.

There will be another update for the private miner donators. (all nicehash algos optimized)

sp-mod private #7: 6550 (with -i 22  6733) (7 % faster than the nicehash binary on the same intensity)

COMMAND LINE LYRA2V2 INTENSITY--

I am noticing that this new version allows a higher intensity setting on the command line without crashing on launch.  However, setting the intensity slightly less than the maximum seems to produce better hash rates.  My GTX 960 gets 14.6 MH/s, my GTX 750ti rig gets 6700 MH/s per card.  My old 750ti cards are now hashing faster than my GTX 960 card did with the prior version of Lyra2v2.       --scryptr

My results 970+960 cards, both clocked to 1503Mhz core and 3005Mhz Ram intensy=19 for both cards

I am ready testing SP #7 if SP send me copy (also i buyer SP#5,6 miner)

That's not the way markets work. People that are investing don't care about miners or their problems.

I love how much you like Ethereum.

Eth is powered by GPUs. GPU miners can switch to any GPU algo they want. 4TH in mining power will be pushed to every other coin when Eth goes PoS. No other coin has the volume or capacity to handle 4TH. All coins will go negative. It'll take a few months before people start powering down their rigs and move on. It's pretty straightforward.

not talking about that, talking about the fact that people will always pump at least one coin, they just follow the hype, money is like energy it just move from one place to another does not vanish

the same way they moved to etheruem prior the pump

nice theory!
my version: there will always be people buying and then selling lower :-D

Spmod #7 lyra2v2 results

standard clocks

980ti (1280 core clock) 35600 (g1 gaming)
970   (1366 core clock) 22600 (g1 gaming)
960  (1350 core clock) 14500 (msi gaming)
750ti (1275 core clock) 6700 (asus strix)

so 970+960 would do around 37100 on 1350mhz core

Both tsiv and djm34 had kernals with the shuffle instruction a few days after the launch. This nicehash kernal has a simple crypt pass to avoid kernal extraction and reverse engineering. So my bet is that it is a private kernal has been used for a long time in binary form before it was bought by nicehash  and spread.

Is that what we've seen in japaneese kernel a first use of nvidia shared memory technology to improve mining speeds?
