mmmmm 1080 nice
is the above run at stock?
wondering what the power draw is ? if you don't have a watt meter, what is the percentage of TDP that the card is averaging ?

it has double the hashrate of a 970 with the wattage of one for decred, which is really good, but it cost 3 times more, not worth it for the moment, also decred is bad to mine versus eth

yes but with what consumption? 1080 can do 3300 with oc too, but consuming only 180w, the 980ti will consume like 250 or more I released the source of decred private 4. Should be faster on the 1080 as well. The gtx 970 does 1950mhash with oc do you have a pre compiled for windows, i don't have all the thing to compile myself, too many format lately

GTX 1080 Test on Decred with ccminer-rel1.7.5-blake2s-x64 on Windows 10 ( 2700 mh/s ) . Hmmm... so it's not just my 980TI that freezes for nearly 30 seconds when the difficulty is changed by the stratum on Suprnova when doing Decred (at 14:09:45).

Sp-mod private #6 does 1.2€/24h per GTX750ti. Skein & x17 x17 is mining @ 2MASH@50 watt. The 280x does 2MHASH@225 watt 0.1 btc ppl. Free lunch

Yeah, you keep comparing against shit code and pretending that vast difference is just Nvidia's hardware and your code.
Shitcode but opensource. How much do you want to opensource yours? Perhaps I can buy it and opensource it. 10BTC?

But it's kinda funny you talk about open source when your own hashrates that you're describing are from private code. You are good in what you do. I can learn from your code. I will use 50% of my donations and spend on you. But only if you opensource your work.. What do you say?

I might consider it for your own private study, but open?

SP, Is your open source working with decred? I just tried release80 with these results. ccminer.exe -a decred --benchmark pause C:\Users\Kenneth\Downloads\ccminer-rel80\release80>ccminer.exe -a decred --benchmark SP-Mod 1.5.79 Compiled with Visual C++ 18 using Nvidia CUDA Toolkit 7.5
Based on pooler cpuminer 2.3.2 and the tpruvot@github fork CUDA support by Christian Buchner, Christian H. and DJM34 Includes optimizations implemented by sp, klaust, tpruvot and tsiv.
Try `ccminer --help' for more information.

Private kernals are killing the coins. Publish some optimalizations and keep the wolf magic private... I'm with SP on this one. The code should eventually be open. As a miner the model I prefer is the bounty or donation system where the early adopters get exclusivity for a limited time. Then the code is opened. It attracts the big miners who can pay more and still be relatively cheaper due to scale. Everybody is happy. The dev gets paid, The big miners get a head start with the new code and the small miners don't have worry about ROI taking a year.

No, I haven't added decred. To compile sp-mod #4 you need to use the 1.7.6 fork. Just replace my kernal file and compile
