I am finding blocks with 40MHASH. on my test rig. with spreadminer #14 and the latest driver.

Run it in benchmarkmode, if your oc is to high, you will get cpu validation errors. The netowrk difficulty has doubled and so has the price. As the price falls abit, the difficulty is falling as well..

Spreadminer opensource, and spreadminer sp-mod < 12 doesn't work with the latest driver. You have to use 382.xx or older.

My oc is not to high. I used this setting more than a month.
Also I checked it with benchmark , there is no cpu validation errors in benchmark, sometimes it show : found a solution , nonce $....
But there isn't any mine block within last 48 hours with 460 Mh/s!

I don't have any issues with #14, and other miners doesn't have the same problem. So the error must be on your end.
Try to restart the wallet computer. Check in the logfiles of the wallet for anything unusual.

I restarted wallet and rigs 3 times in last 24 hours but nothing changed!
Also there is no unusual things in logfiles of spreadcoin wallet.
There rigs and wallet works without any problem for more about 1 month and suddenly this problem happened without any change on my side

Virus? Verify that your workers are actually connecting to your wallet, and not someone elses wallet on the same intranet. restart the router.
Another thing to try is to delete the blockchain stored locally, and downlad a new copy.

Real almost stable is 19-19.5. Almost - because it crashes from time to time. And you have to put -i 20 or better -i 19 to get fewer crashes.

I confirm, no issues at 1070 with OC. But solo-mining is slower now since price jumped up.

I'd say in the last few days approximately 30M on spreadcoin make 1 block a day.

Every card is different. Asic quality/ memory type /cooling. And then there is the psu, motherboard, cpu ,power and risers used. A cheap Hynix memory gtx 1070 with bad cooling and a low asic grade will probobly hash at 18.5, and other cards can reach 21 stable without any problems.

Hmm.. tpruvot has released an rc of ccminer-2.2.1 with a vastly improved tribus algorithm.  I get 112MH/s on my 1080Ti's with stock speeds and no overclocking.  Probably about the same speed as sp's version.
