11) This mode mode is fast for now - as far as no alexis78 work is available - happy you are  . Lets wait for cwi. I think their miner will just smash you miner. But anyway - unstable crushing every time, should set -i19 to work more or less stable (~3-5times an hour it crashes even with it)

Some of these mods are from 2015. The ccminer fork from Alexis (released in nov 2016) cannot mine Groestl. Alexis has forked my kernel work. He base all his work on (ccminer opensource 2014-2016). Nobody has stolen anything. But the ppl who resell my binaries are stealing from me.

Ok fine. You just stole "myr-gr" from another guy. 
But alexis78 just did a better work.

The alexis fork. (2016) cannot mine Bitcore, skunkhash, groestl. To be able to mine these algos, you need a developer to implement these hashing funtions. Krlx did a nice job improving the skunkhash, and he did it based on the work of alexis . Alexis work alone is not enough to reach the latest speeds. Epsylon copied and bugfixed the krlx kernels into his fork, and the speed went from 20 MHASH to 31MHASH.. (ccminer 2.2)

But I released a 30MHASH kernel 2 days after the launch of signatum. BEFORE the other developers, and before there was an opensource signatum ccminer fork. I also have updated my fork 8 times, and added more speed for the ppl who donated. Signatum #8 does 33.2MHASH on the 1070, and this is faster than ccminer 2.2

Obviously you simply envy sp. But what are you trying to do? If you don't want to buy something go ahead to another store!

Envy could be some bad coder, but I'm not at all (not a coder). I simply don't like liars.
And i'm doing good job for sp_ buyers. Being caught sp_ will be forced to do some real job, real improvements. Or at least less people will buy his slow mods being fooled by his advertisements (like myr_gr, skunk, skein...)

I dont have this sp-mod so i cant tell you CRC checksum. Maybe someone can write here checksum from original source and we will know. I told that this is some trojan for sure because 2-3 leaked spmods on network contained trojans.

I apologize for the previously written, I got CRC info from someone who bought the same miner and CRC is good.

I have fixed skein sp-mod to work with two threads. The real speedup seems to be around +6% with 2 threads compared to 1 thread. So the ccminer output was bugged in #1.

I have also added a small speedup with 1 thread.

Currently in testing.

His Skein code results gives INT32 pipe utilization already pretty high (~95% on 1080Ti).

I don't think we can expect too much (if any) improvement, unless you can reduce the total INT32 Operations to calculate hashes.

Not sure if skein has such room for improvement.

That sucks. Guess what happens when you own a business? You don't always get to pick who you want to associate with. In this case you can't code, you have to steal SPs mods (which is morally questionable in and of itself when you apparently don't like 'liars'), and there aren't alternative miners. Matter of a fact if SP wasn't making these mods there would be some guy in a back room who buys a miner off another guy for those very same improvements and I can guarantee you GPL compliance is very far from their mind.

It would be great if SP was GPL code complaint and made everyone in the world happy and we all held hands and sang kom ba yah around the fire, but that's not how it works. Cryptos are one of the most cutthroat legal business occupations and you're going to play the moral high ground. Once you lose your entire investment you'll start to question how you do things. '17 is pretty fucking easy as far as mining goes, those of us that have been here longer know this isn't always the way things work.


Oh and 480/580s are under $300 again.

Skein is pretty good. So to optimize you need to think different. To much pipe utilization give more heat, and then your card will trottle. Skein perform pretty bad with a reduced tdp, but if you increase the temp limit of the card, you get a nice boost even with less power. Reducing the memory clock will also free more power to increase the coreclock. In skein sp-mod #2 I have managed to reduce the number of integer instructions needed. I have also managed to run the kernel on a higher stable boost clock.

Sorry, hashbag has been hacked (as have almost all the yiimp pools) and all of our private keys stolen. As a result I've shut down hashbag for now while we figure out what's going on. I'll get it back up as soon as possible, but it may not be with yiimp at this point. It's a total shame that hackers have to do this, especially seeing as we just got back on our feet after the first time. Sorry to all..
