I've had my btc-casino account credited 510 mbtc (4 mbtc more than my missing withdraw)

I requested a cashout, and was told I should receive it within a week!?

I hope this is a case of customer service simply being uninformed...here is transcript, followed by what their terms say.

Earlier today I finally received my withdraw for 510 mbtcs, so I will not be opening a scam accusation thread.

What a nightmare that was overall, but in the end they did pay me.

In response to BTC-Casino, I did not try to swindle you as I've already explained.  You've requested me to be polite and delete all my "lies".  I'll need you to be more specific though.  My timeline?  The screenshots of support chat?  The screenshots of your withdraw policy, and "instant cashouts"?  Let me and everyone know if you believe anything I posted was not true.

I am sooo disappointed with this casino! I have been playing here for awhile, atleast for a year and have deposited many times. I finally hit a small jackpot of 3150 mbtc, and requested a withdrawal right away. After 4 DAYS, absolutely nothing. Chat service of no help, they just tell me to wait. Most casinos cashout within 24 hours at the latest. So then, some guy tells me my withdrawal request was too big, and i needed to make smaller requests- after 4 days of nothing! So, i figure fine. I make three smaller withdrawal requests for 1000 mbtc. I have received ONE, and now i am going on the 8th business day! I am scared i will never get it or it will take weeks or months- something has definitely gone wrong with this casino. I am willing to change my mind if they will just make this a priority and process my withdrawals- they need to fix their withdrawal issues asap. Please help if you can! Thank you

Yeah, they have a very lousy withdrawal system. I kinda liked it (they have great support (except when it comes to withdrawal which they say would only be processed thrice a week or something handled by some other department), promotions and all the rest) but stopped since I had kind of the same issue, and lost it when I lost my patience he he.

tl;dr Don't play and lose your balance. Keep waiting and let them know you are still alive and want your balance every now and then (read: everyday).

So i will keep updating- this is day 9 still no payout- i know unheard of for bitcoin casino- they don't process on weekends, so at the earliest it is going to be 11 days, but now i am honestly doubting if I will ever get any payment from this place- they must really be behind on funds/payouts. I just saw someone win 4000 mbtc, and i am like good luck getting your winnings! I am just trying to cashout 2000 mbtc and am going on a week and a half! I wonder how many other people have not been paid yet- i will let you know if by some miracle i receive my winnings- obviously their process is unacceptable, but after all this i just want my coin! I worked hard for it! Lol

To make a long story short, casino had a maintenance during my bonus round (12 free spin on Gonzo's Quest) which ended up cancelling my free spin. It happened to me in the past at bitstarz and betcoin and either the session resumed automatically or support was able to validate the information and adjust the balance.

Now, If Btc Casino is using a method or doesn't track session ids or whatever reason they couldnt validate the information, I wouldn't mind as much what has been happening for the last 2 weeks.

As soon as there maintenance was done, I have contacted support explaining the issue and was helped by "Nathalie" (which was very friendly) and was told I would receive a compensation for the incident. Has to be approved by the "financial" dep blablabla which is normal and I don't mind waiting.

Since then, I have opened a ticket (as as I never received any updates on this) and as you can see by this screenshot it's ridiculous. The ticket keeps getting ignored and closed. Its been more than 2 weeks now and I am still waiting an update from the "financial dep"

I really don't mind that the maintenance happened during my bonus round and if anything, I would have most probably gambled away my winning from the round lol. But I think this shows a big red flag when it comes to playing at their casino.

I sincerely hope I am an isolated incident.

I can't find anything about "Bestslotsgambling" anywhere.  When I search, all top results are either the fair gaming page on BTC-Casino.io from above, or a BTC-io affiliate that pasted it into their site.

It's kind of hard to imagine the "leading software provider in the gaming industry" can't be found anywhere online, or mentioned by any other online casino. 

Perhaps you could share some information on this so that affiliates will be able to continue to drive traffic to your site with a clear conscious.
