Please, let us know the version of the wallet that not synced.
We see an USA IP (74.96.250.124) that use an old version of wallet (Satoshi: 0.8.8 )
The current wallet version downloadable from the main site and mirrors is : Satoshi:0.8.8.1
Please SAVE YOUR wallet.dat FILE in a safe place and upgrade your wallet version.

Let me said a little secret:
If you open in your modem, the Ufocoin network port 9887 (only this port, no all ports please) you can see in minutes new connections at your wallet.
You can also verify the windows firewall setup and allow the 9887 port opened to the ufocoin wallet (to the public network).
If you cabling logicaly the ufocoin port network with your ufocoin wallet you will discover a new connection wallet "status".

Your full node have these switchs options you can include at startup:
-checkpointenforce Only accept block chain matching checkpoints issued by the Auto-Checkpoint systems Master Node (default: 1)
-checkpoints Only accept block chain matching built-in checkpoints (default: 1)
