I think there was a problem with solo mining. Try joining a pool and replace your -o, -u and -p with your pool credentials

just like told above, sgminer will not do solo but is faster with radeons than cgminer
cgminer will solo but it stupid because its slower miner for now
if you have nvidia just go with cgminer

i am running R 290x's and racking up plenty of blocks at nut's pool ,,,,,, i cant find any up and running 2p2 nodes

thought id best get on it solo with the amount of blocks i was finding at nuts pool

Finding block while pool mining doesnt mean that you are gonna find the same amount of blocks solo mining..

My worker found a LTC block in a pool but do you think it would have found it while solo? If you only got 1 card better stick to a pool

WTF is going on with this damn algo !?

cgminer 3.7.8 crashes whenever I attempt to solo mine UFO.

Yet the "updated" neoS.cl appears to work with cgminger 3.7.7b..  I say "appears" because it failed to register/credit me with that 66.2k block finding share.

miners works just fine with ufo client and new kernel
what i can tell, u have updated new kernel and 14.xx drivers, so your clock speed is way too high for second gpu, lower it,
or it might be your hardware runs out of memory, (2gb runs just fine)
based on your screen shot, u have not found any block yet

lmao My drivers, (default) clock speeds and system ram have nothing to do with 3.7.8 crashing.

Are you aware that cgminer does not record "best shares" when solo mining unless it is at or above the targeted difficulty ?
 
A quick search of last night's block history reveals that blocks, 287139 and 287152 both had a difficulty of 1.01xxx and both were found by the same addy. I didn't.. .but BtVnUB163amx2zxyQtJdebLPsdrDKjAVhc DID !

Fyi, my 66.2k share divided by 65536 diff-1 shares = 1.0101318359375.

I hope you're joking right? - Imperialcoin whatever that is, did integrate this (YES) new hashing algorithm called NeoScrypt afterwards. I think they are also using the miners which Feathercoin/Wolf0 created?

I don't post much , but I read it every day.
But since I am posting now has anyone tried to set up a full node on a Raspberry Pi as per my post  back on page 4.
I'll quote it here again to save you looking for it.

I've had a full node for UFO running non stop for the last 212 hours, but in the last 13 days its only been offline for a couple of hours due to me shutting it down when a lightning storm passed over

I now have  an install script to create a Feathercoin full node on the Raspberry Pi on Github  https://github.com/tmuir12/FTC_Raspberry_Pi_Full_Node
I can easily fork it to create a new setup script for UFO, or create a cutdown version of the script to install a UFO wallet onto the same Pi, so you can have one one Raspberry Pi a FTC and a UFO full node.

Please let me know if anyone is interested, and if you just want to just create a UFO node, or would want a FTC and UFO node to help both coins.
If I get some interest posted for it on this thread I will do it.
