Why was my bet voided when it was placed in good amount of time before game started?

Same thing for a boxing match that I had, then sudden the same thing happened while the match was on. Why this happens?

Bet id 91688 is very old and achieved for some time already (we are currently on bet id 13532019), however it was not even voided so I suppose you mistyped your bet id.

Can you please tell me the market ID you are talking about or your user id so I can analyse the issue? (private message)

Bet id 91688 is very old and achieved for some time already (we are currently on bet id 13532019), however it was not even voided so I suppose you mistyped your bet id.

For some reason we don't know, Blackpaw is constantly mentioning site is not completed yet..

Well, in fact site is complete since 1/1/2015 after some months of beta - we began beta still on 2014 - from that time betbtc is complete but what happens is that we are constantly improving the platform, adding more features, sports, markets, security, etc

We are always hearing new ideas and in-fact big part of suggestions end up integrated on the platform, however it's not possible to integrate things instantly at the time they are requested (we would love to be able to to that).
