just want to make sure about the bonus , do I lose what I earned in case I don't redeem the bonus in specific time ?

You can continue to accumulate the bonus, it will not expire until you make a withdrawal OR 365 days have passed since you made the deposit bonus.

as I see you pay affiliate 1% of what referrals lose , but also I found out that minimum payout is 0.005 BTC which means the referral should have 0.5 BTC in lost betslips right ?

The minimum payout is 0.005BTC but it's the total sum of all referral's earnings, not individual winnings from a specific referral.

When you cashout it deducts referral's balance from every referral, and credits your main account.
