another wrong grading just happened with me , Leeds United -0.25 0.0065 BTC bet @X2.10
system paid me out 0.003575 and this should be double payout as well , should I create a new ticket ?

EDIT : I created another ticket just in case , since 2/2 of my bets today got wrong graded I believe there is a bug in your system

This was a single occurrence that affected bets during few hours because of a deploy that implemented new features.
The bug was quickly detected and fixed, additionally all affected accounts were credited with the missing balance (not only the complaints!)

Older casino's are always better but it looks simple, need to do some research on it.

The older the casinos the more reliable because they have a broader customer base and if you dont see a whole lot of complaints about them then they have been paying out their customers winnings. Which to me is the more important thing when it comes to choosing which one to continue using. Have seen so many other sites being accused of not paying if their players actually win something of significance. But this one has paid out each and everyone of their players no matter how much they have won.

Thanks for reporting this situation. In fact there was a problem, the reason for it was that many matches were postponed for tomorrow and were incorrectly marked as played.

The bug was fixed, and future situations like these would not exist. All tennis lines should be online, please let us know if you see anything missing.
