Gox down again.......?  for pete's sake!  Where did I put that godzilla gif anyway? Angry

This is an attack on Gox to crash the market. There is also a lot of order stuffing going on to make the pending last forever...

This is a crime in progress. luckily they have capital punishment in Japan for when the hackers get extradited. Angry

If they can find them... Hackers are stealthy

I moved all my funds out of Gox (Japan) into BTC-E (Russia)... I worry how safe my funds are

Just got off the phone with the Coinlab CEO and he promised me that they and their investors are backing every Bitcoin and $$ balance any trader holds on GOX and they will be offering a buyback at $147 / Bitcoin to mend the havoc they have made on the market by having a stray dog running around in the server room earlier this morning.

I'm unable to place any trades at all with the MtGox API, has Gox disabled API-trades completely to try to fix the lag?

This will be interesting if it is the case.  I wonder what the impact on price will be if so

You can't trade on their page either, pushing "sell" just refreshes the page. Some apparently can trade?

Does anyone actually have any confirmation they've been able to trade at all since this morning? Cheesy
