Price is sticking.
Got a sell order in for all my bitcoins.
I'm a weak hand.

My god you guys are panicky.  The fundamentals are unchanged and even if we crash to $100 right now we're going to be testing these levels again in a week.

I would rather prevent the risk of losing a lot than gain a profit.

Not gaining a profit is a guaranteed future loss, but whatever floats your boat.

We here this kind of thing too often.  What happened to the boy scout motto?

They are a victim of their own success.
Or maybe they are spending all the money they are making on trade fees on hookers and blow instead of upgrading their infrastructure.

I mean the idea of a 24 hr exchange built initially by enthusiasts and then scaled up to world financial exchange scale. Even if they unplugged for one minute to plug in the supercomputer we would freak out.

That said, maybe they should sell a portion of the company to a bank........

Worst thing you could do right now is try and put in a market order.

Exactly, Bitcoin survived that fork glitch like it didn't even happen. DDOS attacks aren't Bitcoin or the exchanges fault.

Lagged by 80-90 minutes. I wouldnt put in a trade until this mess works itself out.

Do we really need a 24*7 exchange? Unlike other old-world exchanges, they don't even have time to do proper offline upgrade.

I think they just routinely underestimate the growth. The probably dont really have millions in cash to spend on new infrastructure- despite that being required at this point.

Here we go... looks like trading is back ON...

Hang on to your hats -- great opportunity to buy low on other exchanges if the Gox price holds up

not working for me - price is fix, no change since it went to shit 1hour ago (or whenever).
I guess I had a pretty bad timing when I sent my coins to mtgox. Didn't show up on balance ..
