We have raised sufficient funds to cover the launch, but we would like to provide Mega free of charge for as long as possible. If you would like to be part of the success story, please get in touch.

That probably means Bitcoin implementation isn't a high priority at the moment, no?

What I like most is that he uses cool Cryptography and more and more people will learn about that technology.

Its not terribly difficult to implement Bitcoin. It's just a strategic decision really and for this guy, it should be a no brainer.

Bro, do you even blockchain?

Actually no not yet. In this case it would be best to wait till a few months after release since it already has enough traction has it is.
Now everybody would be like: You heard Kim's new service is going to accept bitcoin, isn't that cool?
But afterwards it would be: Mega accepts bitcoin now, buy, buy, buy! Omg, remember when Kim .....(insert some anecdote about curt proceedings)

according to this track, "Krypto - Rocket (dubstep)", there will be excitement after a long boring calm.

RE: Megaupload

I don't have any real evidence to support this position but I just don't see it accepting bitcoin.  I just figure that if that was going to happen and be an integral part of the mega-plan we'd have SOME sniff of it by now.

Also, I don't trust anyone named DotCom to do "the smart thing".

At this point I am absolutely stoked for me.ga. It seems to take advantage of similar ideas that make Bitcoin great (cryptography, decentrallization).

Is there any decent articles where the author shares his views on what we know on about it so far?

I'll admit that I'm surprised that the 4k-ish dump didn't trigger a panic or more dumps right away.  Seems like the buys just keep chugging along.

Is it too soon to assume that 14.10 is the new 13.50?

my 2 cents, it's too soon.

The price-wave is decrasing/swinging exactly between some fibonacci projection. I think it will bounce again on one support (I see one at 13.89) in following hours (bullish again).

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=135919.0 Vircurex hack effect on price ?
