Does anybody know why Coinmarketcap has changed Loyyal back to the old RibbitRewards name and logo?

Because coin is still RBR and not Loyyal...yet...

do we know when it will be changed?

6 months back or so I was able to get on the marketplace website. I'm sure it not ment to be seen cuz they were testing it, but I did see test products listed for RBR.

I have tried to
1) open an existing wallet but it says it does not recognize the password &
2) creating a new wallet but it says new account creation is temporarily closed.

Neither option is functioning.

Is anyone else experiencing the same?
