Notice I linked to that above. Which part of it prohibits linking to images, or reselling items? Linking to a long document and claiming it says something isn't helpful. Excerpt the parts you think support your claim.
Read "LICENSE AND ACCESS" and the rest of it too. Is there a particular reason why you adopted Vlad's strategy of posting without reading? Is there a particular reason why you expect me to do your homework? I read through most of the document, and saw that it doesn't clearly prohibit what coinstand is doing. (It depends, as I said above, on whether images count as software, which seems unlikely). You made a claim that what they are doing violates the TOS. The burden of proof is on you, so don't try to get out of that by just telling me to read a document that doesn't actually support you. Oh dear, full on dipshit mode now, huh? And I used to think you have a valuable opinion ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) It is YOU who is making claims here, not me. Where did I make that claim that you're ascribing to me here? I specifically mentioned affiliate program and advertising API, and you're now making a claim that GAW is not using those, while common sense suggests otherwise. Do you have anything to support YOUR claim, let's start with how would you create and update a catalog like that MANUALLY? If there isn't evidence whether or not they are using the affiliate program, then it seems quite premature to say that coinstand is definitely violating terms of the affiliate program. My claim all along was that reselling regularly didn't appear to violate the regular tos. I'm no longer so sure about that; as I said above it appears a little ambiguous. I never said that it doesn't violate the affiliate terms, just that those terms don't necessarily apply. "Where did I make that claim that you're ascribing to me here?" You linked directly to the regular terms. The other fallacy you seem to be propagating here is that this is somehow about whether Amazon would want to sue GAW. They don't need to. They can just terminate their account for violating TOS. Deciding to not do business with someone is not against the law, unless there is some kind of contract in place. Is there?
Then that all depends on whether they violate the tos or not. I was mentioning the legal aspect because other people claimed that it was illegal under the dmca, to which I replied that even if that was the case, they would need to sue. If it was against the terms (which I'm no longer so sure about), they could shut the account. No Amazon Service, nor any part of any Amazon Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Amazon. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Amazon without express written consent.

I bet anything amazon knows nothing about this and would have it shut down if they did.
It will get shut down - question only is: when. Why would they want it shut down? Not Amazon. But i have a hard time authorities watching all this happen doing nothing. Even the dumbest fck knows what´s going on there: Going after people´s hard earned money. Pump/Dump/Scheme and started with hashlet PNG´s Amazon is in the business of moving product. That's what they do.Thats what they care about the most. Why would they want to shut down something that helps them to do this and does not incur bank charges?

At the end of the day the whole GawStand (oops I mean Coin Stand) fiasco will end the same way as every other GAW site. The coin will never stay constantly over $1 for a period longer then a month.
The thing is enough people still listen for or watch everything GAW, Josh makes an announcement and the price moves, and no it can't just be the hard core faithful buying as the 10 or so left would not have the buying power to make the market move and trade as it did Yesterday, the No 1 most traded alt coin for the day with over 300K in trades or 1100 BTC.
So the funny thing is every one calls scam but still trades on the hope that GAW will make them rich

This cannot be legit as far as a affiliation goes as they offering them below amazons pricing. All they are doing is using amazon to populate their website as why build a real one from scratch for a scam. Come on guy we all realize this is just another scam do we not!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bet anything amazon knows nothing about this and would have it shut down if they did.
Is there anything there that violate any of amazon's terms? Perhaps the pulling of images from amazon, but I'm not sure if that's explicitly prohibited. In particular, whether linking to images counts as use of "Amazon Software". Come on, again? Read the affiliate program's TOS, and product advertising API's TOS. Purchase must be done by the end user on Amazon website, period. If they are doing something different it violates the terms of one or both of these programs. Yes, you can resell Amazon products, but not this way. Like i said to u 40 pages ago. it wouldnt matter if gaw fufil'd all their promises you would never stop. GET A LIFE! Not even man enough to admin the whole purpose of this thread is nothing more the sabotage. Its not even working :/

Or you could just use common sense. No sane online retailer, and certainly not one of the scale of Amazon would allow scraping their website (i.e. wasting their bandwidth etc) and let someone else to pocket the profit. No website boasting "millions" of products can be created from scratch in a few weeks without using some sort of automation. So the burden of proof is and always was on you, instead you choose - again - to run around looking for someone to do your job. Posting links to blogs but requiring others to quote specific excerpts and links to case law. Hypocrite.

(Where does automation come into the picture? Or rather, why would generating the site using automation be worse than manually copying links?)

If you have anything to answer specifically in my post, e.g. proof of GAW manually (not via APIs, which is common sense) updating their catalog, or Amazon allowing (which is against common sense) GAW to use their property, maybe we can continue this. Otherwise I'm done with you. Bye.

I think these 2 lines from my website are valid to disproving you're theory that i am " Ripping People off " Its called supply and demand. The last few months have proven there is a demand and that people dont care ponzi or not and are willing to bet this way. As long as users are informed there is nothing ethically or morally wrong with this. About Us. We are a Ponzi all of the games found here are Built on the basic foundation of a Ponzi Scheme Your funds are Considered a Bet Not a Investment. We are not a group of magical market masters who use the bitcoin orical locked in our basemant that guarantee's we 175% roi every coin we touch OUR PROCESS. We use your deposit to payout the User's before you 175% Of their Deposit. Afterwards your deposit Is added to the waiting list. Then If and when we receive enough to pay all Waiting Bets before yours & reach your payout threshold. Your deposit will then become a winner and we and we will Immediately return 175% of your deposit to the same address that sent the deposit. In all of our games there is a risk of loss. We encourage the user to cautious when betting and never risk more then he or she can afford to lose. This is a Gamble I think the makes it pretty clear that Betters on my site are well informed and willing participants.

The fascists who call themselves "administrators" and "moderators" on Paycointalk banned another one of my accounts from posting there. I was polite, I asked questions, I critisized the Coinstand pump'n'dump - and they don't like that. It's so obvious that Paycointalk is run in the very same way as the GAW shill forum Hashtalk.

Why would that surprise you? It's also obvious that it's more than a similar moderator style, the two forums are owned, operated, and moderated by the same exact people - people that are not interested in having their scam, or their connections to one another, exposed.
