Yeah... he probably just didn't pay the rent... they probably had a disagreement over fees and all that. Someone should check to local courts for an eviction notice.

So, just read through this contract between GAW and BIC... ( posted as: cuted-redacted.pdf  -- i appologize but the link is swapped as suspicious, but the agreement has been posted a couple times at a couple different places. )

It sounds like his entire paybase and zencloud databases were totally screwed up and that's probably why everything went down. Otherwise, why would all the accounts need to be repaired and recovered?  Probably one of those cheap DBAs totally hosed the system up for them.

Looks like GAW has said they won't push the split (as well as I can tell from Garza's posting language)... I'm wondering if the exchanges said that if there's a split, they'll just drop the coin until it's resolved. Hashtalk is under maintenance right now, or I'd post a link.

IT sounds like they will use the new wallet when you read into it... but then again, the english ain't that good... he says they won't cause a hard fork, yet says they're 100% paycoin and for protecting customers... how will exchanges keep the coin on it if there's potential for 2 different blockchains on the same coin?

Doesn't matter, either way they are very likely to go down hard. I would be weary of such beta code holding such a high valuation, there are many problems with the code no matter what both in economics and security, Paybase is not working, wallet isn't working, coinstand isn't working, hyperinflation, multiple hacks, hardforks.....

Almost be better to rewrite the whole thing.

Remember that GAW now went out and hired a really big fancy codding company that don't do deception and stuff and know how to code 'cuz before when he had the world's best crypto programmers they all went rogue on him and stole all his shit after he signed it over on a contract that begged them to get his shit straight again 'cuz the databases were all corrupted...
