In case any of you are on a Mac and having issues unzipping, a hack around is to use jar. Just 'jar xvf <file>'. You'll get an error, but you'll get the file, too.

This entire fuckfest really needs to end like Old Yeller and quick. Josh and anyone still supporting him or anything to do with paycoin, need to be rounded up, taken out back and put down. They are a scourge of not just crypto but of life in general. All the scumbags that are now coming clean for the sole purpose of covering their asses should get a short reprieve within which time they must be forced to fully support the rounding up of those still supporting. Vik the Dik needs to be rounded up first. I have never come across anyone so delusional and hostile and unbalanced over something so trivial in life. He is an immediate danger to anyone near him. He has obviously strayed far from his prescribed medicine regiment and seems like he is dipping into some leftover brown acid from Woodstock and knocking it back with shots of grain alcohol. This fucking cesspool of human traits needs to be strapped into a straightjacket and shot up with large doses of Thorazine and Haldol on an hourly basis before he actually hurts someone.

I see Andy Beal's name listed in this file. Is it this Andy Beal? Among other things he is VERY well known for some incredibly high-stakes poker games that he's played and was the subject of the book The Professor, The Banker and the Suicide King. Would be really interesting if he is somehow involved with this shitshow.

Andy, I think we need to be very careful in the current environment as evid=
enced by the plaintiffs bar focus on Coinbase. The value of the coin contin=
ues to fall and any additional statements could easily be interpreted as a =
mechanism for bolstering the price. Regardless of whether it is a security,=
we do have a potential for allegations of an unfair or deceptive act or pr=
actice.

One could look at thus statement as just another one in a string of statem=
ents and what difference does one more make. But if we do have an opportuni=
ty to set a different course, we should probably try our best to play that =
out first.

Dan,

I think that is a mischaracterization of what was said on the call. No one =
said that Paycoin was a security, and the securities analysis doesn=92t hin=

nto an exchange right now and offer $5.00 per coin; it doesn=92t make Payco=

Also, the company has made dozens of statements about Paycoin before today;=

n intent on manipulating the market.

If you=92d like to discuss live we=92re available.

Two issues stand out to me in our telecon the other night. Both came from J=

1. With the $20 repurchase Program we are guaranteeing a value above market=

2. As PayBase is the largest PayCoin holder with a minimum 40% of the coins=

I believe these are two significant issues which we must discuss with the S=

CHANGING LIVES THROUGH INNOVATION

Team,

After Matt spoke with Carol again today, I did some brainstorming and came =
up with a watered down version of the program that I believe will still win=
you favor in the community and involve minimal legal risk, if any.

On the first of each month, the company will repurchase $100k worth of XPY,=
first come first serve, no vault. The purchase will go as long as it takes=
to reach the $100k mark, so it could last a couple days if coins trickle i=
n slowly. The next month, you will purchase an additional $100k, and so on =
and so forth each month, for maybe 6 to 12 months. Each Paybase user is all=
owed to participate only ONCE, and is limited to selling up to $5,000 worth=
of XPY. If you participate in March, you are not permitted to participate =
in April. If you only sell $100 worth in March, you aren=92t allowed to com=
e back in April and sell an additional $4,900. This is not a perfect soluti=
on, but it still accomplishes the goal of making a good faith payment to as=
many of your users as you can.

This avoids the =93income stream=94 issue that John mentioned yesterday on =
the call. It avoids having to hold user funds for an indefinite period, whi=
ch should put Carol=92s money transmitter concern to rest. By defining a le=
ngth of time, it also limits your financial exposure - you can set it to ru=
n for as few or as many months as you want. There is no perfect solution he=
re, but I think this accomplishes all of your goals.

Dan the post is still in draft mode on the blog as it was 2am and I had
only heard feedback from rami, plus I fell asleep. So let's try and rally

 The PR looks good.

But we need to work on our delivery. Sending an email at midnight with a
note that -  "this is going to go out in an hour" does not qualify as
"obtaining management, legal and public relations sign-off".

These people ....

I make fun of people who say "I can't even..."

But, man, I can't even...

Message Folks are joking about GAW-Coin in the forums. If you ever did wa=
nt such a thing, let me know. A stock Scrypt coin, done right (unique gen=
esis key, dnsseed network, unique magic number, whatever block times and =
other basic tweaks you want, github source, windows QT wallet, KGW diffic=
ulty) is doable over a weekend. I'd be happy to build you one. No charge.=

Of course, since your miners mine stock Scrypt, it would be fitting to us=
e that algo.

There's too much information! I don't know how to go through it all. I have a job and a family and a life. I can't possibly sort through all of this.

On the other hand, it seems like every file has at least one hilarious thing in it.

*CoinFire** Allegations of SEC Investigation of PayBaseTM* *False,*

*PayBaseTM* *engaged in discussions with SEC to Confirm PayBaseTM* *Honors
Repurchase Program.*

*Bloomfield, CT* =E2=80=93 In a recent and unsubstantiated article posted b=
y the
online, digital publication, *CoinFire*, which serves the cryptocurrency
category, allegations were made whereby cryptocurrency company, PayBaseTM
has confirmed these allegations are =E2=80=9CPure fiction=E2=80=9D. Additio=
nal information
will be provided upon the conclusion of a legal review into the
circumstances.

PayBase actively engaged the SEC shortly after the CoinFIre article was
released. As new information is learned from our continued dialogue with
the agency we will keep the public informed of developments through our
website.

During this period of discussions we have been informed it is not in our
best interest to implement the Repurchase Program until we have SEC
approval to do so. Accordingly, Sunday=E2=80=99s planned program launch is =
being
delayed until such approval is received.

The outcome of PayBaseTM initiating contact with the SEC regarding this
matter will serve to foster an informed relationship between the two as the
cryptocurrency category evolves. The relationship will help to ensure that
companies like PayBaseTM and others engaged in cryptocurrency as well as
our collective customers which we serve are equally protected.

We apologize for this delay and assure the program will commence when
confirmation of the proposed plan has taken place by the SEC.
