Ok my friend. I will be a better business owner to my customer/friend  :-)
my apologies.

So we are clear on expectations and fees.

I will arrange for Transporter to pick both cars up at your house.

It is best for both of them to be shipped Enclosed. (Probably $650-$750/each) I will get more definitive price Monday.

Full Detail on cars when arrive $230/each.

Pre-purchase inspections at my cost will be around $200-$300. I'm not at shop to look at what I paid. (Monday will know)

I'll handle the photos, write-ups and costs associated with advertising, marketing, Carfax etc.

I called Ferrari/Lambo of Washington and asked about there consignment fees
(7%-9%)

I am willing to do 2.5% which I think is very fair.

Call me or email me if your in agreement or want to discuss.

Hope all of you are enjoying the holidays!

Look forward to selling them both.

Thanks
Robert

If you have someone that wants the Tesla right now go ahead and sell it I understand.

We definitely will need to do PPI's on the two. Will make all the difference selling it believe me. ( people will ask anyhow )

Just did one on my Porsche 911 4S for customer.

Let's figure out how soon you want to send them to me and I can reach out to car transporter.

On the other hand if you don't want to sell it to me just let me know that.

What are you thinking you want to ask for the Lambo $225,000-$230,000

Can you get a PPI done there before it gets sent to me? or do you want me to do one here?

Yeah ur link never opened up to a particular car. Just autotrader web site

Anyhow they are all over the board in asking prices ...$71,900 Blk loaded 21", rear facing seat carbon fiber etc 18,000 miles to
$76,900 with 5k miles, $79,000 3,800 miles, $83,000 with 7k miles

Then there are ones out there in the $90's too

I think the car is in the upper $70's - low $80's to buy it.

It seems like I could buy one for that.

Let me call a couple tomorrow.

Let me know what u think.

I'm always open to talk.

Not sure if you have been following the company,  but things blew up. So I was not even able to really enjoy the car. We work for all the things we want, then when we have them. There is no time to enjoy them.
Regarding Tesla. I will have to find the sticker. For some reason I feel like I did not get a sticker. I am not sure that's how they do things, at least at that time. But I have plenty of documentation on its options. I can get from the tesla site.
It has everyone one made at that time other then the black spoiler. Thought it looked tacky
It was just in for service (last week) they upgraded my battery and a bunch of other things. And new set of tires.
17k miles (getting close to two years old)
Have no idea on the price. I looked for a few min and it seems there are so few for sale (same as mine) that they are all over the place. Maybe around 90?
Yiu will just have to tell me :)

Couple questions on it?

1) has it been serviced regularly and last service done?

2) miles and Vin number, Picture of Window sticker?

3) how much you need/ want for it?

Hope all is well.

So, Josh published an email of mine without asking.

Wow. Was it Cantor Fitzgerald or mistresses that made him so worried? It seems that you have a good leash in your hands.

from paycoin dev talk just now
Mr. Gorgonzola was willing to accept 100% stake on PC's if he gets orion controller gains when they are implemented (some kind of formula with transaction fees or total tx fees) funneled into his or GAWs wallets

what a devil he is  Grin Mr Garbazzo watched team xpy host their last thing where they said they would burn extra PC coins
that would make him receive them via orions and not really making any dent to his income

To Josh's credit, they actually were pretty close to a deal with gocoin.

Josh,

Some of us are worried about you. Recently, I have had some of my close HT friends contact me and ask how we can express our concern. We concluded that I send you an email, and not list their names. Mostly because I was the only one who had the balls to do it - everyone else had fear that you would not like them and ban them if they expressed their opinions. So here I am.

We are worried about what you say in public/private, and how sometimes things don't get communicated in the best manner.

You are getting a lot of hate lately, which is normal for a company - but should be addressed in a different manner. Maybe consider bringing on a PR firm to help you with this. I can expand more on this if you would like.

After talking to some people that are new to PayCoin, I asked them - how big does GAW seem to you? One replied, "I would say 5 people or so". The other replied, "It's run by Josh and Eric right?"

That right there, made me realize that you should consider adding some depth to your company on a public level. People will take you a lot more seriously if they realize there are a lot of people involved.

This means, stop addressing everything yourself. That is something the majority of people who contacted me wanted me to say.

You have posted publicly your plans for the company, and the information you need to post. Users can read that and go from there. No need to get into arguments with others on different forums.

One of the HT users who actually manages several public companies PR overseas told me:

"I think Josh should stop making everything so personal, especially when making announcements. It's one thing to announce representing a company, and another to do it personally. People get upset when personal promises are broken, but not so much what a company promises. All he has to say is, "my company informed me incorrectly as far as timing for this launch" which would take a lot of the heat off him."

Next, tonight one of my friends brought me dinner to my house (I'm sick, got an awful fever and can hardly function). He chilled (far away from me) and we talked about what I'm currently up to in life. I mentioned you guys and he went on his laptop to find some info on you while I ate.

After a while, he told me that the PayCoin idea was quite cool and that he wants to invest some money into it. He asked where he can stay updated with what is going on and I told him to follow you on Twitter. After a couple moments he told me, "Why would I invest in a company that their own CEO can't even spell?". I laughed and told him you had a long night probably. Read your most recent tweet.

 On that note.

Something that was brought up often was your spelling.

Just clean up your text before you post on BTCTalk, Twitter, etc. It's a simple step that makes you look a lot more impressive if done properly.

Sometimes before I tweet something, I save the tweet as a draft, go do something for a while, then come back and reanalyze it. It's then that I usually notice the flaws and correct them.

Also on that note, the reason I'm not interested in running your Twitter is because I feel like we would clash heads too often. There is a lot of stuff you post that many of us think is quite arrogant and only adds to the flames directed at GAW. A lot of the stuff you post I would delete, which would make you angry.

Also - no need to argue with people on twitter. Most CEOs don't even reply to people; that is both a strategic and feasible move.

A reasonable idea that someone pitched to me - give Amber access to your twitter. Text her your ideas for tweets. She spell checks them and PC's them and posts it. That's all. No blocking people you don't like, or replying with smart answers. That will just cause more drama - which you don't need.

Anyways, we all have high hopes for this company - and wanted to voice a couple concerns to you, which we hope you consider knowing we are here to help.

 -Payton & Hashers

(Excuse my spelling. I can't think straight at 101.2F and was pestered to get this written and sent to you)

Stuart;

You may not know, but I was in discussions to join GAW. But I’m an experienced international banker, payments guy, public company chairman and ex global co-head of FIG for CIBC. Josh has many great strengths, but maybe they are not the right ones for payments. I was terrified by what I heard about GAW’s Paycoin launch plans, and decided to wait and see.

They are being crucified publicly right now. Where was the systems beta test, the stress testing and the phased roll-out planning, and the legal reviews and regulatory sign-off? When it comes to payments, test and learn can be very dangerous. If it was a normal company, I would ask where was the governance and adult supervision? Was the board fulfilling its duty?

I suggest that you should step in and get Josh to put things on hold. Stop and get control of things, before the damage to the reputation and the company’s value becomes irreparable; before anything happens that could cause big lawsuits or crimes that can cause people to go to jail.

Just unsolicited advice from someone you haven’t met, about a small matter that could ultimately involve you. Do what you want with it.

So Stuart and Homero gave themselves equity and then started cashing out on day 1? That's not a caf, that's a reverse caf aka fraud.

I don't know why I find stuff like this funny.

Code:
Hey Carlos,

It was nice getting a hug from you at the party at The Clevelander Hotel in Miami.

I hope all is going well for you and GAW up east.

As you know, I am planning on opening up the web site btcwoman.com. It is expected about mid-March. I am at the point where I have to pick a payment processor for the site. I really wanted to help forward the progress of the paycoin but nobody has reached out to me offering a solution to wordpress site/ woocommerce plug-in or integration. Could you please tell me whether you have been working with worldpay on a payment processing solution? Is the paycoin project still even moving forward?
I really like the pace of development for the ziftrpay system and they are offering a payment solution which incorporates worldpay. They already have 5 years of online retail experience and I would like to use their solution but I didn't want to exclude the use of paycoin. If worldpay is whom you have partnered with, perhaps the ziftr solution you could be piggybacked with and I could benefit from the best of both worlds.

As you know I still have a huge investment in your company and I would like to support you as best I can.
Could you give me a call to discuss what's next.
Thank you very much,
Sincerely, Jo Cowgill

Be watching bitsofnews.net, just completed a major interview with garza.  Just need to wait on one guy to send me a few documents for proof

Earlier, you posted a link to:

http://bitsofnews.net/gaw-stuart-fraser-cantor-fitzgerald-vaultbreakers-and-the-truth/

but the site says "Password Protected". Any reason you'd post that, and not the password? Or am I missing something obvious.
