My suggested break down of the TIERS.
TALK cohorts with class Tier 6,  , under $300k, pegged over time to scale to corresponding BTC value ... about 30btc.
I would classify our group as solid networks originating before 2015.  Still surviving yet obscure to the general public.  Fun, genuine, and resilient.

I much appreciate you doing this.  You could write your own book on staking coin.  I have to confess I don't understand everything you're writing however.  It would be good to explain some of it a little more in your posts.  I'll make some notes on what I need explaining.  I know it seems simple to you and I could probably figure it out if I read back a few pages but not everyone is going to do that and I know more about staking crypto than a lot of people.

No.
the amounts are $value of the reward blocks per day.
aka ... daily inflation? miner-reward?
I think of it as block production costs.
With POW-asics chains there is strong sell off of the miner-rewards.
It seems that POS chains can delay sell off yet still maintain block production.

Make a Zeitcoin folder under C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\
Then Extract and copy the files from ZeitcoinBlockchainSnapShot.rar into
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin
Then open Zeitcoin and it will start syncing the BlockChain from the last snapshot.

ACTIVE Wallet:Install Instructions ,
(Be sure to have a backup of your Wallet.dat 1st)
Make sure Zeitcoin is closed
Go under c:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin (for Windows) or in the Zeitcoin data folder for other OSes
Then Delete 5 files : .lock & blk0001.dat & blk0002.dat & db.log & debug.log
Then Delete 2 folders named : database & txleveldb
Then Extract and copy the files from ZeitcoinBlockchainSnapshot.rar  into
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin
Then open Zeitcoin and it will start syncing the BlockChain from the last snapshot.

Once your Zeit Wallet is completely Synced.
Check your Balance, if the Balance is incorrect.
Click on Help, click Debug Window, click Console,
type in repairwallet and hit enter, then check your Balance
If Balance is still not correct.
Then From a Command Prompt run zeitcoin-qt.exe -rescan
will take a little while but should correct your balance info.

ZEITCoin Holders should start monitoring this topic on a weekly basis.

Discussion have begun of a swap to new code.

If the swap does take place it will only last for 30 days.

Swap will be optional, but no further support will be available for the old chain after swap.
So if you plan to stay behind, plan on being the only one supporting the old chain.
