i deposited over 60 coins in total and somehow on the last 15 coins i only recieved 10 and 5 are missing while i clearly sent 15. can you fix that? must be a graphical issue or so i hope you can look into this

Ok So i've now confirmed that when trying to withdraw xmr and you leave the payment ID blank, the site shows the error message about something going wrong and to try again later, then a few seconds later, the withdraw amount disappears from your balance. I'd suggest this needs to be looked at?

I guess you're using the API directly?. I have put the fix now, trying to withdraw without PID will give you an error, but will not affect any of your balance.

Another minor update: previously some users may find 10 or more seconds of delay when signing in, while it still depends on your connection, signing in is generally faster now.

if you don't use a payment id the deposit is made to the site correctly, but it can't be credited to your account.

easiest way to get it credited is to mail the admin safedice@protonmail.ch with the necesary information like transaction id, amount, (payment id), your username on SD etc.

might take a while for the admin to check his mail, but your deposit is safe and you will get your coins

if you don't use a payment id the deposit is made to the site correctly, but it can't be credited to your account.

easiest way to get it credited is to mail the admin safedice@protonmail.ch with the necesary information like transaction id, amount, (payment id), your username on SD etc.

might take a while for the admin to check his mail, but your deposit is safe and you will get your coins
