That was likely a lucky mistake. He must have had entered "2" in the 'win chance' box instead of 'payout'. Looking at his previous bets and his immediate reaction, I don't believe he did that intentionally. Note that the house edge was almost at 8% for that bet.

I was login also into safedice via android phone... I think android is not very secured... I will stop login into safedice via my android device.

Android is very bad, too many exploits with the OS. Also there are many exploits with the different browsers especially if you are using an older version.

Use an iPad or iPhone instead, their security is usually better or just don't gamble with mobile and use a computer

I emailed them. Still no reply.

Also they have yet to fix the issue with my referral payouts.

XMR has been on SD for just as long as BTC, so when looking at volume, you really are comparing apples to apples. Thus, XMR is basically just play money on SD, no one really takes it seriously. The bankroll hasn't changed much in forever, SD barely supports it etc.... It's a novelty really.

As investor I made way more money with XMR than BTC though :p Partly because of that 120 BTC win obviously. And XMR wagered was much more in beginning too (compared to this year.)
