I like to introduce my website https://dicesites.com

On DiceSites.com there is:
- an overview of dice sites
- statistics of these websites (updated automatically every 15 mins)
- graphs to compare the websites
- provably fair verifiers for most popular dice sites
- more features later Smiley

Basically it should give you a way to compare dice sites without reading subjective reviews. And just checking out the activity of several dice sites.

Any feature requests or feedback is welcome. I personally still have a lot of ideas/plans too.

You only going to add dice sites ?
And when i take a look, the list still far from complete. You might want to add more sites like SafeDice / BikiniDice

And please don't forget to give information about faucet / free BTC  Grin

Yes. Dice sites only Smiley

The list is currently indeed not meant to list "all dice sites", but mostly "all established popular dice sites". I do know both SafeDice and BikiniDice are gaining some activity, so I will definitely consider them as they become more popular.

I am planning to add much more information about each dice site, including faucet information indeed Smiley And other general information like if there is a mobile site, what are the minimum deposits, bets, withdrawals and investments. FB/Twitter/etc. links. And more.

Thanks for the suggestions Smiley

DirectDice, currently I am only listing off-chain dice games. But I am really considering to add a separate on-chain page. My site is mostly meant for statistics though, and AFAIK you guys don't show statistics?

Frank.SD, currently I intend to list the most active dice websites that have been around for a while. I can see however that even for the first 2-3 weeks you guys have had very decent action. Therefor I will definitely consider to add your website as it becomes more popular. GL.

Thanks, I actually just made that today so I am glad you like it.

For others: I made a provably fair explanation here: http://dicesites.com/provably-fair and did my best to make it as simple/clear as possible Smiley

I think Win88 has an invest option with it.

It used to have an invest option, but it has been closed for more than 2 months already.
Correct. They currently do allow private investors of at least 10 BTC (or if you already had an investment before.) Because of this I just decided to call it "no invest option" since it's not really open and I don't have access to statistics of it either.

My thoughts about money pot as well. We'd actually be the #3 by week if listed (moneypot.com/stats, with 1431.9 BTC in the last week)

Although, what I think makes this site great is how it's a focused and curated list instead of full of junk and scams. But perhaps in the future NLNico could make a fork for all gambling sites

Yeh, the biggest problem is most non-dice gambling sites are not open with their stats (mostly just "no of bets" - which is least important to me.) IMO casinos (slots/BJ/etc), poker, sportbooks, etc. are not really comparable to dice sites anyway. I think for these sites other things are more relevant than comparing the current listed statistics. I am planning to make separate websites for those with a slightly different concept for each type of game.

Obviously MoneyPot and diggit.io are 2 exemptions from that and could easily be compared to the dice sites since the stats are also transparent. But the "only" problem is that it's dicesites.com hehe Tongue I do like both sites so I will still consider if there is any way I could add them in the future.

Thanks. I am currently only adding established and most popular sites. I do monitor BikiniDice and I will add them as they become more popular.

Also: one thing I don't like about them, is that you need PHP (experience) and a Linux environment to check your roll results (PHP+Windows doesn't even work.) This basically makes them not provably fair for most users. All the big dice websites use almost the same method with a few variations. They generally use functions like SHA256 hashing, HMAC_SHA512 hashing, etc. that have many online tools when you google "HMAC SHA512 hash online", this makes it easy to manually verify. Also, these functions are available in Javascript so it allows other developers, like myself, to make a verifier for it (that transparently runs in the browser.) BikiniDice is the only site that has to use a specific PHP function that only works on Linux.

Provably fair is not just an algorithm to calculate the roll results. It is a tool for users to verify their rolls to make sure they were not cheated. So this should be as easy as possible for the users.

Hi NLNico,
thanks for your interest.

one thing I don't like about them, is that you need PHP (experience) and a Linux environment to check your roll results (PHP+Windows doesn't even work.) This basically makes them not provably fair for most users. All the big dice websites use almost the same method with a few variations. BikiniDice is the only site that has to use a specific PHP function that only works on Linux.

Just a note.
All users can check provably fair with a third part site.
Users can verify that by copy and past the code on single bet page (https://www.bikinidice.com/1418342400-bet/61520) in one of the many site like these (and many other):
http://writecodeonline.com/php/
http://phptester.net/
http://www.tutorialspoint.com/execute_php_online.php

Isn't so difficult verify our provably fair Smiley

Mm yeh I guess an "online PHP executor" is a decent/quick way to check your roll results currently. Still I hope you understand I would personally prefer not something specific to a programming language and OS.

Your just-dice graph is a bit weird because they changed how they calculated bankroll for a few days.  Wondering if you could fix that.

Also this link shows how much clams are in the main just-dice staking wallet.  Not sure if you want to include it.

Hello and thanks for listing us and showing very interesting stats on your site! I see it appears to be listing Max profit for Satoshi Dice in almost real time but the bankroll is not updated so often. I made the global stats API call also return the current bankroll at https://session.satoshidice.com/globalstats/ and hope that would make things easy to use! (I'll be adding current cold storage addresses and balances too)

Cool, updated.

Also:
- added SafeDice + SafeDice provably fair verifier
- added JustDice provably fair verifier finally
- added all currencies for BitDice

I am still planning to add much more sites/casinos/features/tools/etc. if I am less busy Smiley

I don't expect to add newer sites like DaDice to the stats list any time soon (just with a next bigger update.) But I did just add a verifier for it:

http://dicesites.com/dadice/verifier

OP offering that service only for dice sites  and diggit is minesweeper totally different gambling site.

On DiceSites.com there is:

- an overview of dice sites

- provably fair verifiers for most popular dice sites

Yeh, but I actually do plan to add a few non-dice sites that I think are relevant for the dice community. However, they will probably be "hidden" under a filter so new visitors would only see dice sites (like it should be Smiley) So basically still focused on dice sites but a few optional related sites for the power users Smiley

Also I am a bit surprised to see that DaDice doesn't have any public statistics (afaik?) yet they are accepting investments. So I can't really add them at this point.

Why don't you make a button, so every user can see the "hidden" non-dice sites

Also, the public statistics that i have found at DaDice only total roll number & bankroll

Probably
Dice:
- FortuneJack
- SatoshiDice onchain
Alt:
- Bustabit
- Diggit
- LuckyBit

Maybe
Dice:
- Coinroll
- Rollin
- Coinichiwa
- DaDice
- Any other dice site with a decent wagered amount and activity.
Alt:
- 64blocks

I am not sure yet, but there will be many filters at least so people who wish to only see the simple list of most popular dice sites, are still able to.

Well if they only post number of bets and br I doubt that I will add them. But perhaps in the future they will be more transparent. Since they allow investments, they should have public stats imo.

It might not reach your criteria for popularity (it's in its a rather prenatal state) but if you want to consider it for its novelty:

Site: DustDice.com
Logo: (150x60)
DustDice Stats: https://www.moneypot.com/apps/1-dust-dice  (I can make an API if you prefer)
Bankroll Stats: https://www.moneypot.com/investment  (Global Bankroll, non-specific to DustDice)
Provably Fair Info: https://www.moneypot.com/provably-fair

Let me know if there's anything else that would help

Thnx, in a future update I will add it. It might be (hidden by default) under a "new sites checkbox" though. Just like Bustabit would be hidden under an "alternative sites checkbox". Obviously if DustDice gets more popular w/ more wagered it will be shown by default. GL w/ all 3 sites Wink

So i have been wondering where do you get the data for the total wagered since PrimeDice has omitted that from the homepage ? and also I only saw abit of dicesites listed on your sites which dadice and rollin.io is not included although both sides seems to be getting some attraction lately.

The amount wagered is in their stats API: https://api.primedice.com/api/stats/1/
Smiley

Currently it's only for the most popular sites that have been around for a while. In the future I will add more newer sites. rollin.io actually has been around for a while but afaik they only share number of bets, not wagered amount Sad

Never thought that you can get that status from the API and it makes me wonder why stunna take down the wagered BTC amount from their sites if it is still available through their API

It must been a real pain to add the new sites each time they pop out so I think your reason of only adding the popular sites is indeed correct. Wonder how long does it takes for a sites to be added in your sites by your definition of "popular and has been around for a while"?

P.S : is there a way to know number of bet per day in a sites? this could be a better parameter to know the effect of PrimeDice no longer accepting player from US

I don't have official requirements but probably at least 6 months old and at least couple thousand wagered.

Yes. For a specific site click "more info & stats" and check "Daily bets" graph. For all sites you can also watch "Graphs" page with "Daily bets" graph (all sites in 1 graph.)

BTW since a week the graph / top 10 data is updating every 15 minutes again and seems to be working fine Smiley

I do like to emphasize that the last data point in the graph is always for "today" in EST time. So during the day it might look like today is gonna be a bad day for a site even though there are still plenty of hours to go.

I think it is time for you to include dadice now, 10k+ btc wagered and has been some months since it started. And its getting many HRs as well, on an average it gets 200+ BTC wagered everyday.

You are kidding right? there is no way for dadice to get added after all the drama about the cold wallet. Next on the list to be added will be betterbets.io  Wink, sooner or later it will.

I enjoy your site, very helpfull especially the verifier page  Smiley. I know that you will not add a new casino to your site but I think you can atleast add their verifier first to the site isnt it to help people to verify the bet. There are some sites verifier that I want to request like rollin.io, fortunejack.com and betterbets.io

Yeh, that is correct. Will add "multiple address support" in the future Smiley

Updates:
- Added BetterBets.io and a BetterBets provably fair verifier
- Removed Win88 since that site is basically dead
- Removed BitDice RDD since they don't support that altcoin anymore
- Removed PeerBet HUC & XPM since they don't support those altcoins anymore

@NLNico that sounds great betterbets get listed to dicesites collection so that is great achievement for BB team, i am also interested to know about how they will make satisfied you for your listed question and when the verifier link will be functional to verify bet result through this.
It's mostly about wagered amount (=popularity) and site age. However since BB uses MoneyPot and the funds/RNG/etc are on MP (so the player mostly has to trust MP), the site age is less relevant to me. BB has almost 4k wagered in 2 months, which is pretty good for a new site.

To have a quick overview of other sites not listed (in no specific order):

- crypto-games, ~1.2k total - not enough, but will consider in the future.
- mydice, ~1k total - not enough, but will consider in the future.
- DustDice, 459 total - not enough, but will consider in the future.
- DirectDice, no stats at all.
- fortunejack, seems not very transparant, I would like to see stats per currency and ideally per game too. They used to have per currency, but not anymore. I could make a verifier for it though.
- DaDice, I consider them very untrustworthy because of the way they refused to show proof of solvency therefor I will not promote them to others.
- Coinichiwa, 4k wagered so I will still consider them, but seems activity has slowed down last few months.
- coinroll, it seems to me they don't have much activity these days, but I will monitor them a bit to see if that's actually true.
- diggit.io/bustabit/LuckyBit, I expect to add non-dice sites in the future but hidden by default (filter)
- Rollin, I actually expect to add this site soon.
- I think that is most of the sites that at least have some activity? Always open to suggestions Smiley

You're welcome Smiley

Just a note for investors following my site: BitDice now has 2 cold addresses and my site can only handle 1. The other cold address is: 1P8yKwe4LMRfy1kCBgC97w6Z3D3cNLYbxg. Other sites like SatoshiDice and DiceNow also have multiple cold wallets, so I just still have to add that functionality. Hope to have it soon Smiley

Nice job, NLNico. I notice an app "BitcoinRush" on the list, but when I follow the link on Moneypot, it brings me to Forturejack. What is that exactly?

This list is mostly meant for investors to see where all the stats and profits (or losses) come from. For players I advice to just stick to the "Featured apps" on MoneyPot (or just my frontpage.) Because some MP apps indeed do not exist any more Tongue For example:

- BitcoinRush is indeed sold already, see this auction. It seems like FortuneJack bought it under a shill account, to get visitors from people who meant to go to competitor bitcoinrush.io. Interesting.
- "HelpMyWallet" was just 1 guy betting on his own site, this site does not exist either.

Probably the anti-DoS browser check rom cloudflare killing it. I'll try lower the setting, and see if MP doesn't die =)

I might add them in the future if they become more popular. Feature-wise it looks all pretty good Smiley

I did notice that the (test?) bets of the admin are still there. That is a bit strange since it's an invest-site and besides that it would have wrong "total" stats (which means I cannot add them to my site.) So I hope that gets fixed.

Yes, stats are correct, slow week for PRC.

Although it's always speculating why that would be the case (I personally generally don't see much correlation between promos a site has and their traffic.) In this situation I would say that disabling the chat and removing "all bets" tab were bad. No idea if there is a direct link with that (perhaps not - for example there was no immediate drop in wagered and bets-number is still same as days before change.) But I personally just think it's stupid to remove those features.

I agree, hope he brings it back. I think chat or all bets is just positive.

Is there any chance that you could add stats for MoneyPot that lists the same stats that sites like BitDice and SatoshiDice have that are aggregate for all the MoneyPot apps? This would be especially useful to someone considering to invest

Yes, I am planning to eventually make an "investor page" that would include MP (and not MP apps like BetterBets etc.) I agree that is much more relevant for the investors. Unfortunately, technically - in my current DB structure - it isn't easy.. so I am not sure when I would do this. (read: might take a few months :X Sad)

I am wondering if you could add Monero dice sites to your site, too? I mean sites like Monerodice.net or SafeDice.com.

The sites provide this information. Sometimes they have some JSON API, sometimes I get it straight from their HTML interface.

SafeDice is already there Smiley Someone suggested Monerodice to me too, I am still considering that one.

Things got sorted out, everything was solved. The thread doesnt represent the full situation, in our opinion.

Whats up with betterbets.io stats?

It seems to be resetted because of the change of the ownership. Their status at the sites is following the status at the moneypot page here I think https://www.moneypot.com/apps/14-betterbets .

Is this address controlled by the new MP owner? https://blockchain.info/address/1NinE5MNy64iUE6zBdJ2fJ2tfQrRs2ERpm , if no then it should be change

Sorry been bit busy, but:

- crypto-games.net: I haven't added this yet, mostly because of that thread. I actually disagreed with OP in that thread but still I really found the way the developer responded pretty bad. I will add a provably fair verifier for it soon though (as requested by Lutpin in PM.)
- fastdice.com: atm I only add sites that have been around for awhile (like 6+ months) but I will definitely consider your site in the future.
- MoneyPot stats: they indeed got reset since the site was transferred to the new owner. I personally disagree with that reset, so I hope the new owners will merge the old stats or else I will probably do it myself for my site. Cold wallet address is removed, thanks for that tip, erwin. Not sure if they have a new cold address already.

That was my bad. And as I am developer of Crypto-Games you can't blame whole site for my mistake. I took whole responsibility for this issue, and it was resolved.

I just checked it again and it seems SD has consolidated their bitcoin in cold wallet earlier today. There are only 2 addresses (1DmqFgYfKMT1F8B3tGhVMFf82vdgdSsjNV and 18e5jpfn9zo9GQov1Ks9Pzh6Yam2SvFqqo) listed on SD now.

There are a lot of dice sites coming out recently, like dustdice, betcoin.tm, betcoin.ag etc. Do you set some rules for adding them to your list?

Howdy!

Did some dice comparison table https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1149908.0 and couple of websites are interested and old enough for listing on dicesites.com, like dicecoin.io, crypto-games.net and pocketdice.io.

Interested you got listed peerbet.org with invest option, but they never proof their funds. I asked them if they can send me cold wallet, but they always found some excuses.

Hey NLNico

We have small issue with your verifier for Primedice.

When users use some Cyrillic characters in theirs client seed like " г ш ћ ж љ њ ... " and so on. Your versifier uses php default utf-8 encoding.
And we use node binary .

Can you please fix that?

Thank you in advance.

Mladen,
Head of Primedice support.

@lottery248:

- lottery248.github.io, for now this site is not popular enough (needs at least couple thousand wagered and some constant activity.) In addition I am a bit hesitant to add those "default open-source dice script" sites to my site. But if one of those really becomes 1 of the most popular ones, I probably would.

@safi71:

- fastdice, I am monitoring those newer sites, but I think they don't show statistics of total wagered amount?

@dodgecharger:

- dustdice, technically they are on my site on: https://dicesites.com/moneypot I get the stats from all MP apps already and add those who are really most popular. I like the concept of dustdice, but they aren't really one of most popular dice sites. Will monitor in future.
- betcoin.tm, they have a shady reputation and therefor it's tough to trust their statistics.
- betcoin.ag, they don't seem to show statistics, so I cannot add them.

@BitBatFan:

- dicecoin.io, they had an issue once where they couldn't pay a "big winner" (was like 86 coins.) They offered to pay 2 coins a day (while offering like 5 max profit bets?), that's already unacceptable IMO. Then they made a "deal" to only pay less than half (40 coins.) See reference: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=463273.msg10350215#msg10350215 Even if the player agreed to that "deal", I think that's some serious wrongdoing by dicecoin.io. It makes it very questionable if they can afford to payout winners. Therefor I won't add them to my site.
- crypto-games.net, see last page. Honestly if they weren't an investor-based site, I would probably add them. But being investor-based, I take issues like the prior discussed one very seriously. I will still consider in the future though.
- pocketdice.io, I don't think they solved this provably fair issue: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1077905.0 Ideally they can solve that, because right now they are technically not provably fair.
- peerbet.org, I agree. When I made the site, I added some dice sites and included peerbet since they are one of the oldest dice site (my site says 2013, but it's actually 2012 - probably current dice game was added in 2013 or something Tongue?) However, even with their limited bankroll, they should definitely add public cold wallet. I asked them once, but just after that, they tried to sell peerbet, so I figured I would ask the next owners again. But yeh, I will ask them again to show some public cold wallet and definitely consider to remove them if not.

@MICRO: I tried to fix it, but seems pretty strange issue tbh Sad Will try some more.

@auswalk: great suggestion. I plan to make a separate page for gamblers/players "soon". I will probably add that information too Smiley

But you will still look into making the 3rd party verifier, right?
We're really looking forward to that one.

- Added Nitrogen Dice @ https://dicesites.com

One of biggest sportsbook, they have a dice game for ~6 months now, seems pretty popular in my "manual observations".. so let's see how well they do against the biggest dice sites Smiley Stats on my site are from their dice game only.

Hi Nico,

Love your site.

I have some basic questions regarding the investment stats. The Profit number displayed for each site is yearly or lifetime?

Also, is there another purpose for the Profit/Ev % stat other than knowing which dice sites have ran/poorly well to date.

Thanks.

Glad you like my site Smiley

The Profit number displayed for each site is yearly or lifetime?
This is lifetime (or potentially when they started investments.) You could click "More stats" for each site to figure out wagered/profit amount within last month/year on the graphs.

Actually even on https://dicesites.com/graphs you could go to "Total profit", zoom out and figure out the difference of profit now vs. 1y ago for each site. The wagered amount (and therefor "expected profit" should be more relevant for investors though.)

Also, is there another purpose for the Profit/Ev % stat other than knowing which dice sites have ran/poorly well to date.
Not really, mostly just interesting/fun to see if players have been lucky.

In theory it could indicate if the site is fair or not, but the reality is that all sites still have a relatively very small sample size to truly "beat" the variance. So one should definitely not make any conclusion like that based on those stats. Even just 1 whale can completely "mess up" this stat on any of the sites within a few hours.

Nico, thanks for the quick reply.

I have a question regarding the Moneypot network.

Their app listed on the site BetterBets.io is provably fair. Does that mean the rest of their apps are also provably fair?

Thanks.

Hi Sora Aoi,

All games on MoneyPot's network are provably fair. You can read the documentation on that here:
